  • Let us not forget that it was Abraham Lincoln, who first managed to subvert the Constitution (and the 10th Amendment), through the introduction of "Federalism", from the yoke of which we still suffer, today.

  • For some really villainous accusations, you guys should read what Nash (at h200flife) has just put out about Fuddy, entitled: "Behind the Fuddy Autopsy Fraud; a Bullet or a Bribe?"  It took my breath away.

  • The true 13th Amendment to the (original 1787) Constitution for the United States of America reads as below. This amendment stood in all official publications of said Constitution for 50 years, until the 'Civil War'. It was omitted altogether after the Government of the District of Columbia was formed in 1871, adopting its simile with the genuine 13th truncated. Keep in mind that in the period prior to 1871, the phrase citizen of the United States was judicially held to be a State Citizen, as the courts declared that 'it might be correctly said that there is no such thing as a citizen of the United States' as a citizen of all States simultaneously is impossible by the construction of Sovereignty.

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [13th Amendment, Journal of the Senate]

So, if in fact Lincoln was proposing a "13th Amendment", he was a Traitor to the true Constitution and collaborator in its surreptitious overthrow.

  • The tern Federalism was supposed to involve the sharing of powers between the counties, the states and the National government. Unfortunately everyone seems to use the term Federal government when they are actually talking about the national government located in the District of Columbia.

The Federalist Papers should have been called the Nationalist's Papers. The Anti Federalists were not opposed to Federalism, they were opposed to a potentially abusive National government. Thank you for your comments.

  • The short of it is that Lincoln was a menace, and we've all been paying the price for his lawlessness ever since.

  • Such a wealth of information to be learned ! This 70 yo feels like I just graduated from kindergarten to 1st grade ! Glad I take copious notes & have a laptop !

  • And let us not forget that Mr. "Indivisible Union" himself eloquently defended the right of secession while a Congressman in 1848. The man was a self-serving politician and permitted the largest and needless loss of American lives in American history. A charlatan.

  • "such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States,"

Such a thing is totally anti-American.  American citizenship, whether acquired by birth or naturalization, is just like race or gender; it is treated by American principles as being an intrinsic, innate element of one's nature, -one's political character.  It can not any more be cancelled than a persons race can be cancelled.  An American is what you are.  Citizenship is just the word to label one's membership in their country.  Their country is their national family.  Parents cannot declare that their children are not their children just because they disapprove of their conduct.
