Richard, I hear you. 

The Cotton War and Reconstruction that followed certainly set the stage for the bankster control that has brought us to where we are.  Those who have worked against that bankster control have either been marginalized or taken out.  We are in a real spiritual battle as the pecking order has been turned upside down.  What puzzles me is how so many refuse to see/discuss the spiritual side of this battle as it is the most critical element in seeing the big picture. 

Unalienable rights and common law require our Creator being at the top of the pecking order, then:

  1. the people,
  2. constitution,
  3. government bureaucracies & etc.,

in that order. 

The 14th (actually the 15th if it had been ratified) and the Act of 1871 were instrumental in upsetting that pecking order. 

If you have not studied the Dyett v Turner case of the Utah Supreme Court and the 1957 Georgia Memorial Petition, that would be good information for you.  You might also enjoy Bruce Ray Riggs site at http://dirtyunclesam.com/

There is a fascinating (and frightening) book called "Our Secret Constitution" that was written by George T. Fletcher that provides an interesting discussion on how the politicians and courts have transformed our original constitution and its concepts of individual freedom and responsibility into the welfare-warfare state we have today. 

It is no stretch, given these changes identified by the author as to why common-law grand juries are little more than nonsense these days - why "case history" rules the courts (propagating WRONG decisions forward) and so on. 

It seems clear that there are many here who DO understand how things WERE supposed to work but what we must contend is HOW THEY ARE WORKING TODAY - and that is a NO WIN condition.

The only way out of this mess is when (not if) the fiat currency collapses and the power of THE STATE is gone. Until such time, we have become the United Soviet States of America.

That "Secret Constitution" is also referred to the Law of 1871.  The Law of 1871 was the beginning of our fall. It was exacerbated by Wilson, when, during his Administration, he installed the FED, ushered the 17th Amendment, and generally sent our Country into this spiral.

The second one will do a fair job of explaining the myths versus the facts. The 1871 act Incorporated into the city of Washington which was already incorporated. It was a political game to  standoff any challenge by the Southern States.

It is long past due for our government to be put back into their original places.  They continue to allocate more powers to themselves through their own voting methods which blatantly defies our U.S. Constitution.  In the process, they are and have been reversing their authority with the states, again contrary to our Constitution and in this process, have been doing all they can to suppress We, The People in every facet of our lives.  The only description I have for our present form of government is that of Socialism.  

I am almost dead certain that Obama's ultimate goal is to turn our country into One political party state with him ruling over all of us as a dictator.  I remember what Valerie Jarrett once stated which is that during Obama's second term, they won't have to worry about any Congress.

This threw up red flags all over the place for me and caused a great concern in my mind.  Article V must NOT be allowed to fall victim to this administration, it MUST be accomplished at all cost!!  Article V must commence Immediately if not sooner!!  

And, one comment was made that there was a petition for Permission to go forward with Article V being sent to Congress for their approval???  What??  Why would this have to happen as this would be like trying to have a hungry Fox guard over a pen of Chickens.

NO one needs Congressional approval to enact Article V, per our Declaration of Independence, 1st Page, 2nd Paragraph!! And I Quote:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. I gotta hand it to you Morton, you really know how to kick start a conversation/debate.  My head is ready to explode.  I am reviewing both sides of the argument before making any comments.  I will however state the obvious, divide and conquer is working out marvelously for the PTB.  We just can't get our shit together.

Please read my post then answer the questions about being inside the four corners - I could care less about what the Courts use to evaluate challenges to the usurped Constitution - for they have no such power except as usurped by the Marbury V Madison and McCulloch V Maryland.

The Court has no power to invent Judicial Review nor Implied Powers. The Court even used dicta [Hamilton's paper on manufacturing] to adopt the NECESSARY AND PROPER clause expansion beyond the limits of Article I section 8

Neither the Courts nor the Congress are granted the power to determine how and when they choose to alter the meaning of words and clauses. There is nothing inside the four corners that renders any power to find new meanings outside the direct meaning of the common words used to state the limits.

As for your strawman about personal attacks by people who support the Constitutional use of what the Founders referred to as the PROPER METHOD OF CORRECTION.

If the Article V, 28th amendment concerns you, then how do you explain the current situation where we have zero Constitutional limits on Government being acceptable? No one attacks you personally by simply pointing out the false claims you post.

Do you really believe that the Anti federalist Bill of Rights (aka papers of the time) do not and did not affect the Constitution? What about you words here;

"I would say our forefathers did an admirable job in the formation of this country. It took over 200 years to subvert Article I, Section 8 and the Supreme Court." [Clearly I defeated that false claim in my post] - 

Share with all of us how your anti Article V position leaves any room to bring the required Restoration of States rights and powers?

As a writer that is always what you should strive for. Your arguments however, have to have education and validity behind them. The article was posted due to the very nature of the sensitivity to this subject. It affects all of us in one way or another if this country fails.

When George Washington was fighting the British, Daniel Boone was fighting the Indians for hunting territory. When trouble is here on our land, we all must pay to restore the Republic on the ashes of it's aftermath; each individual with their own motivations for doing so.
