The Constitution and the Bill of Rights was written insure that everyone would be treated equally under the law. The Fifth Amendment mandated that anyone suspected of committing a crime must be indicted by a grand jury. If there is sufficient evidence tuat a crime has been committed the individuals accused shall be put on trial.
Bill and Hilliary Clinton have been suspected of many crimes during their poloitical careers, but they have never been indicted and the accusations against them have never been investigated by a citizens grand jury.
How can we hold our past and present government officals accountable for miscounduct if we fail to use the grand jury process to hold determine when elected officials have committed crimes. Granting suspected criminals with "Get Out of Jail Free Cards"that grant them immunity from prosecution.
The Adminstrative Act of 1946 dissolved the Citizen Grand Juries and took from the people the power to investigate and indict suspected criminals and transferred authority to the Judicial Branch of govrnment. This was akin to providing a den of foxes to with the authority to guard the hen house.
As long as one of the corrupt branches of government has the authority to judge the misconduct of members of the other branches of government, liberty, justice and equality will cease to exist in a land that once was free.
A Grand Jury investigation of the Clintons history of suspected criminal activity is either a fact or it is fiction. How many people have had over one hundred of their friends been die under suspicious circumstances and escaped the long arm of the law. Apparently the idea that no one is above the law does not apply the Clinton, Bush and Obamas. The time has come to know the truth. The guilt or innocence of Bill and Hillary needs to be determined, by starting a grand jury investigation.
Conservative candidates like Judge Roy Moore ae convicted in the court of public opinion on the basis of unsubstantiated allegations while Bill and Hillary continue to escape scrutiny for their potential involvement in the deaths of over 100 of their former friends and political allies.
