When a Felon illegal alien mother is released from a clinic or hospital escort them onto a bus and ship them back to where ever the mother came from. Then the mother can get a certificate of live birth for her new child.
There is a problem in that situation which ought to be addressed, but the underlying problem is that the same 'come to America and drop the kid' situation applied to early immigrants to the new American states. At that time though, I suspect a test was not applied for 'legal' or 'illegal' as an immigrant. Others surely know this, not I. That did not work for the African blacks or the Asians due to the skin color issue. They were folded in under the prosthetic citizenship expressed as a property of the federal government by and through its Legislation expressed as Amendment XIV. That prosthetic citizenship, one not dependent on actual birth in a particular place, too is likely an open door for illegal immigrants to obtain that type of second class citizenship which is another issue requiring appropriate scrutiny and expression of applicable law. I haven't given much thought to the matter, but suspect a Presidential directive can be wedged in there somewhere without injury to either substantive rights of the first class citizens or prosthetic federally issued rights of the second class citizenship status.

Build the wall. Have a one-way gate, with the only way to use the gate is to LEAVE the US. Let ICE shove them into the one-way gate and give them some help getting right back into Mexico. Just like the vet who got in the wrong lane into Mexico and couldn't turn around, ended up in Mexican jail due to his weapon being in the back of his truck.
One way in, one way out. ICE controls it all. No Immigration courts. No Judges. Just empowerment to protect us and our country, and the property owners who are constantly being invaded.
