The fraudulent ratification of the 17th Amendment in 1913 took from the states their ability to prevent the abuse of power by the Federal Government.
The direct election of senators has given the Wall Street Bankers and Corporations the ability to purchase the seats in the Senate of the United States.
Millions of dollars are donated to fund the election of senators who will take their marching orders from the financial elite.
When the Senators represent the legislatures of the states they can prevent to imposition of unfunded Federal mandates.
The founding fathers wanted the semators to be the guardians of the Constitution. The representative of the states wrote the Constitution and they should be the ones to determine what is and what is not Constitutional.
The Judicial Branch of government, which consists of unelected members of the BAR Association are not our masters, they job is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitutionl, not to misinterpret it.

In this de-facto regime the judges are merely acting as administrators enforcing the bankruptcy of the Federal govt. and subsequently the bankruptcy of the Federal State govts. They are going after the assets of those govts. for the benefit of the Creditors [International banksters/Vatican Mafia] in bankruptcy--everything registered in the NAMES of the legal fictions created by Govco and, since Govco created those legal entities, it raises the presumption that everything so registered is fair game.
Unfortunately, the people have not figured out that Govco's claim of control over the people is based on the undisclosed presumption that the people have unwittingly agreed, by some uninformed agreement [signature] where the party named in the agreement is the LEGAL FICTION not the living man.
Their control is based on our failure to rebut the fiduciary/surety-ship relationship with their LEGAL ENTITY.
