With all the corruption in the legal system, I truly believe that it is LONG OVER DUE FOR COMMON LAW GRAND JURIES. No more cherry picking by a D.A. or a Deputy D.A. or by anyone who doesn't have at least some working knowledge of the Constitutions of both the States and the Federal Government. That is the last thing we need on a common law grand jury. Another citizen with no knowledge of both State and Federal Constitution should not be impanelled on a common law Grand Jury.
We don't put Judges up on the bench without a demonstrated knowledge of both. Why should a Juror be any different? The current way a Juror is selected has no requirement of any knowledge of both the State and Federal Constitutions to my knowledge and should have to have a good deal of knowledge more then is currently required.
Another point on this topic is why doesn't the lame stream media cover what is going on in Florida with the case of a Common Law Grand Jury that has been impanelled recently? I have heard of activities in that area of late at the National Liberty Alliance, and yet no media coverage?
Is our legal system so corrupt it can silence even the media? Apparently so..

Don't kid yourself, this is happening everyday to We the People in all of our courts. Terry is standing up for the principles our Founders gave us in our Constitution and will not submit to the injustice in our justice system. He is doing it because of his deep love for this country.

Dixie County, FL - Terry Trussell, who was arrested on September 2nd, 2014 for "simulating a legal process", appeared in court today for his arraignment but was arrested for "Failure to Appear." Yes, this sounds strange. This sounds like injustice. This sounds like government tyranny. Well, if it sounds like a duck.
The thing that most people forget or don't even realize. Most if not all attorneys were originally were supposed to protect their rights, NOT PRIVILEGES!

Under common law there is no 'common law' grand jury. The institution has always been one of statutory origin.
Why would the media cover the actions of what the judge called "a sham assembly of volunteers to act as a so called "common law grand jury" in the stead of the lawful Grand Jury of Dixie County"?
Perhaps they deserve more exposure now that one of their own is on trial for 14 charges.

I see, you want your truth to prevail. :-) I have not found it hard to find articles and information related to Terry, but on the grand scheme of things, it's a pretty minor issue.
