People of the world have been taught that in order to succeed in life it's necessary for us to compete with one another. In our society success is measured by how much wealth one accumulates.
Whenever men are engaged in competition there will always be winners and losers. Unfortunately the number of winners are few while the number of losers are many.
The role of government should be to punish those who compete unfairly. Unfortunately the government that was created to protect us has become partners with the banking institutions and corporations that seek to enslave us.
When men compete on a level playing field, they are rewarded based on how well they utilize their time and talent. When the government intervenes to help some at the expense of others, the government becomes the enemy of the people. A government cannot give to some without first taking from others.
The survival of the fittest applies in the animal kingdom, but as humans we are accountable to our Creator to respect the lives, liberty and property of everyone on the planet.

Competition is good and wealth comes in different forms to different people. Personally, I don't want to be like most other People. I study to learn so I'm prepared when an opportunity comes along.
To the uneducated dumb-ass, this may seem like luck. But without education, what else can the dumb-ass compare another's success to? Should I feel comfortable at another's level of success, or is it O.K. to move up the ladder?
In many cases, your loser is someone willing to settle for less than your example of a winner. Is someone on welfare a loser? if welfare is what makes them happy? Are they a loser if they refuse to compete for more? Are they a loser if they chose not to work as hard as the winner? Who gets to pick what label is placed on what person?
When you grant the government the role to punish, you can't bitch at who gets punished. The role of government is to allow the atmosphere of Common Law between Common Men! That is what allows for the pursuit of Happiness and protects the citizen's Person Property.
If you take my stuff, Common Law lets me haul you in front a jury of OUR peers for a judgement based on the facts presented. The People pick the punishment and the government then administers the Peoples wish.
As for the government partnering up with the banks and the corporations, what happened is employees in our domestic government bodies have also taken positions within other business enterprises and these positions are prohibited executive appointments. This happened quietly over time until the non profit corporate B.A.R. union members held positions throughout our domestic government bodies. The business of our government was then moved from the public halls of government to the basements of the private B.A.R. hideouts. I can take you to the B.A.R. hangout in Denver, but we won't be welcomed in.
If you will read the Federalist Paper #22, you will read about the weakness of our preferred form of u.S. government and understand the importance of the protection written into our u.S. Constitution. The framers of Our constitution knew there could be a problem, so they installed a remedy to prevent the problem. If you have an executive appointment from a foreign power you are prohibited from working in ANY domestic government position in this country. PERIOD.....
So why does this happen? Sadly, because the American People don't give a shit about their future.
Like dumb-asses, the American People have become happy with the government being in charge of the punishment. The B.A.R. renders the punishment decision which creates a monetary payment to the court operated by the B.A.R. and the American People somehow feel this benefits the People.
The American People are the losers because they have turned over the responsibility of governing to the B.A.R. The People have stopped working and have now decided welfare may as good as it gets.
There should never be a level playing field, why do you think there is competition? If everything was equal, the result would always be a tie. There would never be a loser, so there would never be a winner.
What you may be looking for is a fair competition. Willing combatants with equal weapons, then the ability (luck) of the competitor(s) becomes the deciding factor. With rewards and penalties awarded equally.
As for Our Creator, how do you think we find ourselves in this mess. Our creator allows this mess to let the fittest, or luckiest, survive. Is the fittest known as the American B.A.R. or the American People?
I plan on exposing the American B.A.R. to Our Creator, then I will move on with the competition.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!! I would sue every last one of the officers personally, who carried out that raid! Every person who has had something like this UNCONSTITUTIONAL raid done to them, should sue every person involved personally and not just the city or county! If each officer in the law enforcement involved in this, were sued personally, then they might just think twice before they do it again. And I'm not just talking about the grunts, but ALL the way UP the ladder!!
And the defense that "they were just following orders" would not fly, because "NO ONE" can make "YOU DO SOMETHING UNCONSTITUTIONAL!" Unless, you agree with them, which makes you just as guilty and an accomplice with the rest!

With the B.A.R. members in control of the civil court(s), at least in Colorado, your idea of suing WILL NOT work. I know because I tried. Have you looked at your state attorney's mission statement? If not you should.
After years of surrendering documents through the discovery process, the court refused to grant me a court date then the court issued an order of collaterally estoppel against me. You can read about estoppel here;

My government document evidence had the power to expose government criminals.
Basically, the government B.A.R. controlled courts are protecting the criminal government workers, and this produces another crime of fraud.
Just so you know, the crime is Treason, so I got the bright idea to demand Sen. John McCain have me arrested. He sits on the Sen Committee for Homeland Security and Government Affairs.
