Elder Abuse - Theft of Estates

Submitted for your viewing by Morton IX

I received this note from one of our members and felt it would be beneficial for all to see this abuse first hand. This is an horrific event and if true, should never be tolerated, especially in America.

Morton,

This is the audio from my oral argument Tuesday the 15th. I also included my notes so you can read along.
My Merit Brief was attached to the reg email.and the guts is not long page 4 - 8. If you need it let me know.

These are the questions the local authorities REFUSE to answer. Why do you think that is?????? These are major investigation flaws and ones that can solve a case.

This is the story of this mess of a botched murder, abuse of elder, now chemically restrained, isolated and an estate plundered for $750,000. There are so many people hurting across the country. Can we get out of Nevada and move on to help other people being oppressed and tortured now? I have all the documents to prove my statements and a lot are loaded on my webpage. (I do have them all just not loaded on yet).
I need the militia to help me go get my Dad. They will throw me in jail if I go near him alone and they have been playing this card for 7 years. Dad didn't have to be on all these drugs that is killing him for THEIR profit. And Mom should have had justice. Please listen to that 8 min audio.

Praise to God/Patriotic to the Republic
Rosanna

  •   All of this is sad but true

  • Rosanna, from what I see and hear, you're proceeding in ... their ... court, subjecting your cause to ... their ... self-protective rules, codes and statutes.

Both Thornton and Lentz (the best advisers on Common Law, whom I've encountered to date) intensely emphasize removing oneself from 'defendant' status in ... their ... case, to opening a separate, original Common Law Claim or Action as 'plaintiff' in YOUR OWN case making THEM 'defendant'.

After having only very limited successes in my litigation over the years (wins yes, but not decisive or overwhelming in permanent effect), I'm in process now of accommodating my Actions in the 'Lentz style' and about to initiate a series of cases against forced 'smart-meter' installations and 'property tax' asserted on my fully paid-up land and abode. The latter a 10 year battle to date.

Give Karl Lentz a listen and read through Bill Thornton's excellent work too. But most importantly ... make ... them ... the 'defendant'. Good luck Kiddo!

    • Pat,

I am curious, did you listen to the oral argument with the attached notes arguing the Rights and Due Process that was denied before you wrote your post?

      Thanks

      • I did. Was I mistaken? Had you taken the position of prosecuting litigant at Law? It sounded as though you were in the status of defendant.

        • There are two links but you have to copy and paste them in from here.

I opened up stating common law right as daughter and court of record. The appeals court is NOT a court of record I brought mine in. I saw on their faces they know what I was doing. As clear as I could be I'm telling them I have Rights protected they can NOT ignore. My BRIEF over floweth as in my oral screaming denial of Trial by JURY and all due process discovery rights denied. I attached the brief here and the guts is only pg 4-8 double spaced so it is not long. I dont' know how many more times and ways I say this...

I know Thornton and have listened. I was today. He has so much stuff out there I try to pick the juicy stuff. I have Karl's one page lawsuit printed off. That is not what got his kid back.

Although these people pitch it as it should be, I still haven't seen any cases they have won. If you have any send them my way.

I am currently writing and challenging their jurisdiction in the probate guardianship case. These people are COMPLETELY out of control. NO oaths, bonds, not one damn statute they are following and they have NO jurisdiction if they don't follow their own laws.

          This is INSANE.......

          • Yes, I do that every single time I recognize a legal claim on me too. The point is that ... simply raising Common Law ...as a defendant, doesn't magically convert someone else's Civil Law case process to Common Law process. In their case, with them as prosecutor, Civil Law prevails and that system is rigged against defendants by design. It's like entering another's home and decreeing decorative changes should occur. Flatly ... it ain't your house to make such decree.

I've learned that the hard way, even though I have a pretty good track history in courts as a defendant. I've been 'winning' by holding them at arm's length, keeping my resources from them, but the stakes are rising and I'm no longer satisfied with 'good defense'.

Obviously, this is important to you (I wish my Daughter took the same attitude), so you'd better get on offense and establish your own Claim as prosecutor At Law in sovereign capacity, or they'll bowl over you.

            "The very meaning of 'sovereignty' is that the decree of the sovereign makes law." American Banana Co. v. United Fruit Co., 29 S.Ct. 511, 513, 213 U.S. 347, 53 L.Ed. 826, 19 Ann.Cas. 1047.

Here, in Pennsylvania, the statutes plainly state that Code supersedes common law where conflict arises. So, the State is acting in the capacity of sovereign in Civil Law process. Sovereign or Subject capacity. It's one's choice by Process, not description or assertion.

            • Well my head says while we stand in common law and with sovereignty and are the king and they are their servants I try to kindly (chuckle chuckle) remind them that although common law reigns they still are mandated they are hog tied to their statutes and the constitution and have to obey them. Outside of traffic and some criminal statutes many of them comply with common law or derived from there.

Do you have any case wins from Bill or Karl? Thanks

              • Rosanna Miller ... "Do you have any case wins from Bill or Karl?"

I can't honestly say because I never looked for that 'confirmation'. The logic of their contentions is of more concern to me. They're not the only folks concentrating on Common Law Process, insisting on invoking one's own Court as prosecutor. That's advice I've been seeing consistently now for about three or four years running from every well reasoned, non-lunatic proponent I've encountered ... whether they're free or commercial in their discourses.

It's really a plainly simple precept ... when you're in their court, it's their code and process that trumps. In your Court, it's your Law and if that allows for some statute as guidance, but rejection of others, that's your Sovereign discretion. The only really 'hard rule' is to keep your Court proceeding in the orderly structure of accepted Common Law Process.

                • I was already listening to some other videos of Bill's and will listen to what you sent me. It may or may not be something I have already gone thru. He (with others) has so much out there.

However I will say this.... I learn from both LOST and WON cases. (our courts or theirs) They are both educational. But when I can't find any wins from a particular teaching you have to scratch yoru head. I come from simple folk and don't deal well with generalities without definitive answers. A fork is a fork. A spoon is a spoon. And a half spoon, half fork is a "SPORK". Don't try to go into a spell about how some people call is a spoon etc etc.... I think that is called Common Core.

IE. Someone can tell you how to can tomato sauce but when their can goods are always breaking seal I don't think I will be following their directions...

I can tomato sauce using an oven process versus open bath water or pressure cooker and it is much much easier. Most people don't know you can do it this way. But I can guarantee you I can't remember the last time I had a seal break. It works......

The Bible says do this, then do it. Don't do it, then don't. Do I sin YES. Am I perfect NO. But I try to get it right and ask forgiveness when I don't.

Sorry bout the vent but that is why I was asking for examples. I like our conversations of trying to understand. We should set up weekly talk shows on going thru processes between us.

              • Rosanna, listen to this one ... especially the first 10 minutes.
