For thousands of years Africa has remained relatively uncivilized until the arrival of the white man in the 16th century. While the people living in Asia, Europe and the Americas had created highly sophisticated cultures, developed an understanding of math, science and agriculture, their African counterparts were still living in grass huts

When the white men from Europe arrived in the African continent they observed that the people were uncivilized and they considered themselves to be superior to the indigenous people.

They took advantage of the situation and exploited the native population for their own benefit.

The Arab-Islamic Slave Traders captured and enslaved over one hundred million Africans beginning nearly 1400 years ago. It wasn't until the 16th century that the Europeans began participating in the slave trade.

Our nation was founded upon the principle that all men are created equal. This doesn't mean they are equal in physical strength or their mental capacity. It means that all men are entitled to be treated equally under the law.

It is impossible to change the very nature of who we are. Black men and white men are not equal.  Black men tend to run faster and jump higher than their white counterparts. The vast majority of the players in the NBA and the NFL are black while the vast majority of doctors, lawyers and scientist are white.  That doesn't mean that one race is better than the other, it only supports my contention that each of the races possess strengths and weaknesses.

Each of us is a unique individual with a combination of strengths and weaknesses. No one deserves to receive preferential treatment based on the color of their skin.
