That's easy enough. An electronic publication called "The Great IRS Hoax" is available by clicking HERE. This is the actual address to the link:

http://famguardian.org/publications/greatirshoax/greatirshoax.htm

The latter portion of it is dedicated to forms and affidavits. This is the publication I used as a guide, to create mine. These are just for ideas on formatting, you should not try to copy them exactly word for word, but try to follow their form and case law references.

The affidavits should be personal and I believe should initially center and focus on claiming the right to your Strawman NAME and your phonic call sound (name), clearly spelling out the difference between the two. One a corporate fiction with no rights, the other a call out to a living, breathing, human soul with rights given by default upon entering this life cycle. Big difference!

Natural Law and common sense should be applied to this process.

The affidavits should take the form of a Notice and should always include this title:

"Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent,

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal"

In other words, if I tell the guy at the top he has been put on Notice, he must now tell everyone else, because any idea or excuse that they didn't know because the information wasn't passed on, has been refuted and rebutted ab initio. This also applies equally to the guy at the bottom. He/she must also share the information in the Notice with his/her superiors, etc., etc., until even the guy at the top now knows, because you told the guy at the bottom. NO EXCUSES!

Most Notices/Affidavits should refute any assumptions of jurisdiction based on adhesion contracts or other forms of Threat, Duress, or Coercion.

Also I believe it's a good idea to plaster the windows of your car with these same notices, but in a summarized form, without quoting case law necessarily, for instance. Try to follow the ideas about For Sale (as is) signs covering your VIN and other details about what to say, as taught by Eddie Craig in this video:

Term Limits: A Palliative not a Cure

    By Publius Huldah

What’s the real problem with our federal government? That people in Congress serve too many terms? And if we get an Amendment to limit their terms, our Land will be healed?

    Kirkland/thoughts/ Duane Eugene Kirkland U.C.C. 1-207 1-308 w/o prejudice.
most of the problems is a lower levels of government , at state level, the judges and its administrations do not follow the supremacy clause, article 6 paragraph 2.  the states lower courts commit crimes against its people  all the time, and no one does nothing about it-

But thank god people are figuring it out, and the scrutiny test are coming, and those Trojan horses will be exposed at state levels.  At state levels they have illegal changed the oath original words of the state oath. Committing fraud with judges opinions of cases , and base them on cases of conflict of the original intent of the Constitutions that are in harmony.

Of course not! The real problem is that the politicians we elect ignore our Constitution – yet we keep reelecting them.

As a result, the federal government exercises thousands of powers not delegated; but everyone goes along with it. The States get federal funds for going along with unconstitutional federal programs; the People get all sorts of benefits, subsidies, and free stuff; and many live altogether at other peoples’ expense. And all this free money is added to the national debt.1

How do they get the money ?  by fraud , and by unconstitutional acts,  robing the branches purse, and by utilizing the officers to change the actual law.  by stealthy sedition by treason. its happens everyday.

Members of Congress also profit from ignoring our Constitution: By exercising the thousands of powers not delegated, they obtain endless opportunities to become rich, powerful, and important.

So, unless we turn over a new leaf, learn our Constitution and obey it, renounce unconstitutional federal programs and benefits, and demand that people in Congress also obey it; limiting their terms by an Amendment merely increases the turnover of politicians in Congress who ignore our Constitution – and to whom we must pay luxurious lifetime pensions.
What would happen if we turned over a new leaf?

    Kirkland/thoughts/ Duane Eugene Kirkland U.C.C. 1-207 1-308 w/o prejudice.
How do we turn the leaf, or as individuals make the difference ?  well first if a individual learns what a actual law is and the difference between the unconstitutional acts v actual laws.

    Kirkland/thoughts/ Duane Eugene Kirkland U.C.C. 1-207 1-308 w/o prejudice.
We can flood the courts by challenging on the individuals basic rights, and declare a law unconstitutional and refuse to obey it , and utilize case laws to show that the individual has the right of immunity. We as individuals can ignore any law we think is unconstitutional.

If  code or statues are in conflict we can declare it and request for declaratory answer by written responses, documenting and taken it to the higher courts for criminal offenses  against judges and lawyers and officers who do not follow the law, the article 6 paragraph 2.
We also can call a local sheriff and request along with two witness to make a arrest while a judge or lawyer or officer violates the Constitutions, this would be by a multi masses executing the form of a citizen arrest.

For starters, if we required Congress to stay within the enumerated powers, two things would happen:

    1. The job of US Senator or Representative would be so boring, few would want to be reelected. After all, how many times can you revise the bankruptcy code (authorized by Art. I, § 8, cl. 4); fix the Standard of Weights and Measures (authorized by Art. I, §8, cl.5); and organize the Patent and Copyright Office (authorized by Art. I, §8, cl.8)?

    2. There would be no opportunity to get rich while in Congress or build a power base. Also, the office would no longer attract those who go into politics for the sake of their own egos, pocketbooks, and neurotic lust for power.

And if we also stopped pouring out the blood of our young people and our treasury for our constant military meddling all over the world, there would be very little for Congress to do. 2

After the cleanup period [see footnote 2], the job of US Senator or Representative would become so boring – and so financially unrewarding – it would be seen as a civic duty to be stoically endured for a short time – instead of a cushy ticket to personal wealth, power, prestige, and a luxurious taxpayer funded retirement for life.

So a term limits amendment is a feel good palliative 3 which distracts us from dealing with the real problem: People in Congress disregard the Constitution – but we keep re-electing them.

We could turn over a new leaf and fix our Country. Do we have the wit and the will? Who among you is willing to challenge the status quo and urge that we change direction? If ever a nation needed to turn from its wicked ways, it is us.

You have a moral choice before you: Consider this advice from a friend; or jump on the bandwagon pulled by the globalists and clamor for an Article V convention.

    Endnotes:

1 The PEW Report shows what percentage of each State’s revenue for FY 2014 was from federal funds [click on “select a state” to see your State]. Yet the “balanced budget” amendment lobby blames the federal government for out of control spending!

2 A Congress which obeyed the Constitution would be very busy during the glorious time they were repealing unconstitutional federal statutes; dismantling unconstitutional federal programs, departments, and agencies; and impeaching and removing usurping federal judges.

    Kirkland/thoughts/ Duane Eugene Kirkland U.C.C. 1-207 1-308 w/o prejudice.
Since trump has entered the program and taken the office, with the power of the people , peaceful switch of power, the federal government is on the way back to the limitation of the branches and the trump is exposing the enemies within.

    Kirkland/thoughts/ Duane Eugene Kirkland U.C.C. 1-207 1-308 w/o prejudice.
I know the trump administration  shall hold them for consequence along with the we th people for all seditions of treason and trying to break down our laws as we try to restore the intent of the true law.  .

Once this is figured out , the states will begin to weed out the Trojans horses within our lower courts and the judges and lawyers and officers who don't comply to enumerated laws and the article 6 paragraph 2.  so simple.  expose them and hang them according to the latter.

    By Publius Huldah
3 Unlike a “balanced budget” amendment, a term limits amendment is not one of the worst ideas since sin. But it doesn’t address the problem. We need to focus on the real problem, not on palliatives.
