If you want to know how to get a message to the right person, this might be the right place to go, to find at least one guy you can contact and give a piece of your mind to.
I also believe that your Sheriff should be informed of wrongdoing, as he is the Chief law enforcement officer in your county. If you have a Sheriff who should not be trusted, then this it's probably not what you should do. However, I intend to let my Sheriff know about this and other problems in his county, because I want him on my side, he is the TEA Party
candidate and he wants to be reelected.
This is the kind of Sheriff you want to notify of what you believe to be wrong in his county and what HIS responsibility is in your eyes to fix it or at least be aware that he fix it or lose your support. This Sheriff will listen. Send Sheriff Jonathan Held a message of support if you wish.
It's up to you to make sure that actually means something to him. He must believe that you wield enough influence* and knowledge to be the kind of person you don't want on his/her bad side. He also must know that you are serious and can be of great assistance to him/her in their reelection effort. As a member of the proper committee you can help.
* - i.e. Become a member in good standing and volunteerism in his county, and make sure he knows about it. You can run for City Council or be a member of his Party. You can distribute his fliers in your neighborhood. You can at least offer to. Let him know you have time to help him do his job and get reelected so he can keep that job. See what happens.

One of around 35 total Federal impeachments during our entire history was a Florida Judge named Alcee Hastings. He now is a member of Congress [House] that impeached him. How is that for punishment?
It all started with John Marshall usurping powers not in Article III using the Marbury and then the McCulloch cases to create Judicial Review and Implied Powers. The activist courts of the last 100 years have overreached by miles but Congress will not push them back? WHY?

Execute the laws of the union , do you mean the federal union ? Then you're blowing smoke . Americans are state citizens , not U S Citizens . When you register to vote and vote in a federal election you are committing treason against your state . We are all state citizens in the republic , but register to vote and be a party to the FEDS and you're a democrat communist treator . WAKE UP Cancel you voter registration . make this go viral . It doesn't cost a cent just go to the county office and cancel your registration . Never mind all this blood and guts and dying stuff . If you love your family they won't even have to fight just write .

I think that may be a mostly correct generalization. But the individuals that aren't corrupt are mearly ignorant of the corruption within their field of employment and like most dumbed-down workers just go along to get along. I think they want to not make waves and follow the expectations set by their superiors, who did exactly the same thing. It's a job security thing. Either way, I agree, they are still a part of the problem whether they know it or not. We need to remove them from the problem they are trapped within.
Let's just go back to the rulebook and do-away with all the agencies and departments and allow the states and people to make the choices. Less is more! Less regulation, more personal responsibility.

I finished a fascinating book by Judge John Molloy, entitled The Fraternity - Lawyers and Judges in Collusion. The book was worth the read just for its insights into Marbury v Madison, the reasons for court complexity, the destruction of our juvenile courts and plea bargaining just to mention a few areas.
It is imperative that the People create strong networks in each county with one major objective: educating and equipping the members to stand together upon the common law principles to bring back justice.
That, along with righteousness is the foundation of the throne of God. May His will be done on earth just as it is in heaven.
A lot of cognitive dissonance out there . Forget all the gobble de gook , just cancel your voter registration .
