"Did you know that an Amish farmer in Kentucky was sentenced to federal prison because he didn’t label herbal remedies correctly? He made a salve made of chickweed, rosemary, beeswax, and olive oil for years on his family farm… until someone complained.
After the farmer missed a hearing, the federal government sent agents to his house with machine guns. He was sentenced to 6 years in federal prison, then 3 years supervised release. Plus, he has to pay $1,300 in fines and more than $14,000 restitution.
All of this for a victim-less crime.
We at the Convention of States believe Americans don’t need the FDA to protect us from Amish farmers. “We the people” need protection from an overbearing government bent on doing us wrong. By limiting the power, scope, and jurisdiction of the federal government, we can do away with un-elected federal bureaucrats bent on doing us harm.
Join us in taking the power away from a power-hungry, abusive, corrupt federal government."

This is just horrible....my relatives are Amish, they are not dangerous, nor do they make unhealthy things.
Sheriff Mack in DC on Saturday, had a great speech and talked about the Amish Farmer, Sam Girod. Sheriff Mack reminded us that Sam is in Rand Paul's State and Rand Paul has not lifted a finger to help this Amish farmer.
Another victim of this tyrannical government....I am still waiting and praying that Trump will pardon all these people who have been wrongfully sent to prison by Obama and his Tyrannical Cronies.
