Honoring Their Oath

8575466495?profile=originalWhen a County Sheriff knows that someone in his County is committing a crime, it is his duty to arrest that individual. When sufficient evidence is provided that an elected official violates their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution a crime has been committed. When an public servant violates the Supreme Law of the Land they have committed a crime and it is the responsibility of the Sheriff to enforce the law by arresting the elected official.

When a Sheriff knows that an individual has committed a crime and does nothing about it, the Sheriff becomes an accomplice and violates the oath that he has taken to uphold the Constitution. The Sheriff has the duty to arrest criminals that break the law, and giving elected officials immunity should not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of the Sheriff to hold our elected officials accountable and it is our responsibility to hold our Sheriff accountable.

Sheriffs need to know that the people in their counties will no longer sit idly by while their Sheriff turns their back on the criminal activity of our elected officials. The people need to send a loud and clear message to their Sheriff that they will no longer support a Sheriff that refuses to enforce the Supreme Law of Land.

How many citizens in your county get arrested every year for committing victimless crimes? The Constitution is being violated by our elected officials on a regular basis and our rights are being trampled on by those that were elected to protect our life, liberty and property. How many times has your Sheriff honored his oath by arresting an elected official for violating the Constitution?

We need to inform our Sheriffs that unless they are willing to enforce the Constitution, we are no longer going to support them. When our local officials pass an ordinance that conflicts with the provisions of the Constitution of the United States and/or our State Constitution, those laws unconstitutional and the Sheriff is honor bound to refuse to comply with unconstitutional mandates.

For a Sheriff to be a Constitutional Sheriff he or she must protect the people in his or her county by arresting those that engage in criminal activity. The Sheriff needs to arrest common criminals that break the law as well as public officials that violate the Constitution.

This message needs to be shared with each of the County Sheriffs in America. Please copy this message share it with your Sheriff. Please let him know when members of your City Council and County Board of Supervisors attempt to pass local ordinances that violate the state and federal Constitution.

Please let me know you opinion of what I have written.

Thank you for your passion and patriotism.
