How to Withraw Your Consent

According to the words of Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence, governments derive their power from the consent of the governed. In 1788 the Constitution was ratified by the consent of the states.

Jefferson also stated that it is our right and our duty to alter or abolish the government when it become tyrannical. Most of us agree that the government of the United States which was created to be our servant has become our master.

Voting out one set of criminals and replacing them with a new set is an exercise in futility. The only way to restore liberty is to withdraw our consent. The first step is to resign from political parties and cancel your voter registration.

The second step is to always strive to do what is right and to refuse to comply with unjust laws that violate the principles of liberty and sound government.

The political party system will continue until the American people collectively refuse to support these corrupt institutions.

  • Keith -

IN THE ARTICLE I FIND:  "The first step is to resign from political parties and cancel your voter registration."

WE HAVE BUT SIX BOXES THROUGH WHICH TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM; THE SOAP AND MAIL BOXES IN ALL THEIR FORMS; THE TWO JURY BOXES, THE BALLOT BOX AND THE CARTRIDGE BOX.

ONE MUST BE A REGISTERED VOTER TO USE THE JURY AND/OR BALLOT BOX. BY CANCELLING THEIR REGISTRATION, A PERSON IS LIMITING THEIR OPTIONS FOR EFFECTING CHANGE TO THE SOAP, MAIL, AND CARTRIDGE BOX LEAVING NO PEACEFUL SOLUTION.

ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO ADVOCATE?

    • I agree with you Keith.  To advocate canceling our right to vote is totally wrong.  Once you do, you have effectually canceled any say in your government.  I cannot believe that this type of behavior would have been condoned by our founding Fathers.

      • If given the choice of voting for Al Capone or a representative of the Gambino Family who would you choose? The government is a crime syndicate and the candidates are all in bed with the financial elite who control politics. Voting is a staged event to give the people the illusion that their opinion really matters. The attorneys representing the financial elite write the laws, the corrupt politicians make the laws and the dishonest judges and law enforcement community enforce the laws.

It is impossible to fix the problems from within. The problem is not the candidates, it is the men in the shadows who control our financial institutions and political parties that are to blame. Thomas Jefferson indicated that it was our right and duty to alter or abolish a tyrannical government. I personally don't think that we can alter the system and that we must withdraw our consent and start over.

    • If you don't want to kill the bastards, at least, stop funding their paychecks and retirements. Bob from BHC.

    • Walt,

We can assemble common law juries to hear matters. Read the 7th and 9th amendments.

  • Votes in banana republics are opaque and/or under the gun therefore they do not count, so it makes little sense to vote. By not voting, the system is not condoned by the voter.

Canceling voter's registration is another story, that's like canceling citizenship but at a higher level... The USA is OUR country and We will take her back! ...so the goal is for immoral people to lose citizenship along with all the benefits that come with that.

    • For example, here is an "american citizen" that represents the values of king dung ill...

8575835452?profile=original...should he be allowed to become their citizen? No ...first of all they would never let that happen, he's not Korean... but most importantly why add to the grief of the grieving people of N. Korea!

  • The game is rigged, I agree with Keith on this issue. The problem is government that extorts and takes our money. Voting is like we are the puppets being controlled by the puppeteers.

One solution would be to establish an anarcho-capitalist system where all law is privatized as well as the judicial system and it has happened throughout history specially  in the so called wild west like cattlemen associations, miners groups and property clubs. They had their own system of courts and laws based upon mutual interest. Also property rights would be respected as it would be essential for a true free market system to flourish and it would under this type of system.
