If It Walks Like a Duck

8575489471?profile=originalIf an animal has feathers and its walks and talks like a duck, it is safe to assume its a duck. The true identity of a duck is not defined by a label, it is defined by its characteristics. It really doesn't matter what we call it.

Many people believe our government is a corporation, but its label is not nearly as important as what it is doing to the people.

Personally, I think the term that best describes our government is crime syndicate. Arguing over whether the government is or is not a corporation is like arguing over whether Al Capone's business was a corporation or a sole proprietorship.

Those that control politics want us to quibble and quarrel with each other over things that don't really matter. The fact is that our government which was created to protect our rights has become the enemy of the people and the question is, What are we going to do about it.

  • the best reason to get rid of ALL the lifers and bring in term limits with NO retirement..THIS is a state right not for congress to judge if they want it,,ONLY you the VOTER has that right..

  • Very good question!  We are doing something about it!  Our final draft regarding the usurpation of the Republic will soon be done.  Along with that will be the Judgement issued by a Justice of the Peace.

We must move forward in Proper Character and that is to Quiet Title ourselves out of the bondage created by our Birth Certificate Trust.

Very soon we will post this!

    • I would very much like to see this when you get it finished and possibly speak to you. Thank you

  • Amen! Succinct, to the point and well said.

  • I agree 100%. I've studied information from various "sovereign" groups and some of it is useful but much of it either only has entertainment value or none at all.

The irony of this whole system is that we don't need to go into courts making arguments about the government being a corporation or, saying, "I'm a free man on the land." Those arguments make us lose credibility. The truth is that all of the laws we need to turn the tables on the criminal syndicate/government are already on the books. The problem is how to enforce them. It's absurd to think that they're going to police themselves. This is the system we allowed - where the the enforcers are supposed to enforce the laws on the enforcers. It is my belief that the only way we'll ever see change is if the people speak out as a group to ensure that the enforcers are held accountable.

There have been a few cases here in New Mexico recently where people have been brutalized by police (think the Deming anal probe) and what I have noticed is that those people don't get remedy until the media gets involved and the people are allowed to weigh in on the issue and express outrage. Cases like this are almost always settled out of court. On the other hand, my husband and I have a Federal lawsuit against several county and state defendants who attempted to enforce an ordinance on our private land and eventually injured us and several of our rights. We have not made the media aware of this lawsuit, partly because we don't trust them, and the attorneys for the defendants insist that there is little likelihood for a settlement because they believe our case is "without foundation" and is frivolous. Never mind the fact that we were actually injured and placed in jail over this ordinance and I've found, in the statutes, that the actions to enforce ordinances are considered civil, even though they're called criminal. You can read my blog on this at http://naturespresence.net/the-truth-about-municipal-ordinances/.

Something tells me that the defendants' attorneys have no motivation to consider settlement because they think that 1. Since we're "pro se" we won't be able to adequately prosecute our claims and 2. They'll be able to stump us at some point. This is what has happened as a result of a system run by attorneys. In fact, one of the defendants (a private party towing company) isn't responding to anything as if it's a big joke yet when one gets a letter from an attorney he starts quivering in his boots.

What I think is that, like Keith says, we need to stop focusing on the nature of the government and start focusing on the crimes they're committing.

I am hoping that, when the time comes, I will be able to enlist others that are able to help, to write briefs of amicus curiae into our cases so that we can make real change. I DO still have hope. Many people say that the Supreme Courts have become corrupted and are making bad rulings. I've studied an insane amount of case law from various supreme courts, including the United States and have yet to read a "bad" ruling. What I HAVE seen, however, are ineffective challenges/arguments. The judicial system is the QA of the government. It's not there to write the requirements or to enforce the requirements, only to determine if the requirements are correctly being enforced. If they are unconstitutional but the issue is not raised, it is not up to them to declare them unconstitutional.

Here's an example: I read local case law about a challenge to zoning ordinances as being unconstitutional. The NMSC declared the ordinances constitutional, because the SCOTUS said they were constitutional. So I went and read that SCOTUS case. It turns out that the only challenge to the constitutionality was based on the takings clause and the SCOTUS said they were ONLY going to make a determination based on that, nothing else. So now we have local case law that says they're constitutional because the US Supreme Court said so, except that's not really what it said. I would have never challenge the zoning ordinance under takings. Just a simple read of case law about takings shows that zoning ordinances do not constitute takings. There are so many other constitutional challenges of zoning ordinances that could be used but it's rare that people make the correct challenges/arguments.

I think we need to start making the correct challenges and stop allowing them to use the system of checks and balances against us.

And no, it doesn't matter whether the US is a corporation or not, they still have laws/rules to follow and when they don't we have a duty to call them out on it.

  • What can WE do about it?...WE can get the United States Marshals to go in to the White House and bring All the traitors out...WE the people  know who they are, So it shouldn't be that hard to get them all!

  • I am with you. Till these legalized criminals end up in jail for the crimes they commit against the people NOTHING will change. I know the cash for kids judge in PA are serving time. I know the Cleveland Oh. judges with others got busted. I think some judges in TX were incriminated but it is far from enough.

When the District court wrote this decision May 17, 2010 = it was to back up the wicked probate judge and is complete “story telling” or “word magic” full of bias and prejudice.  http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/rod/docs/pdf/3/2010/2010-Ohio-2159...

While they writing their PLAY for PROFIT Dad was living in utter hording, filth, cat shit and unspeakable living conditions. Not one of these worthless pieces of shmuk are being held accountable for what they did. (photos in link)
Mom has no justice for her death and no headstone while they have stolen over a half million dollars.

Everybody said my Dad was doing ok and there was nothing wrong. Hell yes there was and I am still working on gettng them criminally charged.

BTW they are not "case law" they are only "OPINIONS"......

    Thanks for your input....

    • What I find, perhaps more, disheartening is that the people in the system that work for the criminal system are the ones perpetrating these crimes. It's not the system itself that's bad, it's those that work for the system that are bad. Sometimes it's downright disturbing. It's almost as if they lose their minds once they get to their public service job. When the man in Deming was traumatized with an anal probe and colonoscopy the first thought was, "what kind of monster could do this to someone? Those cops must really be sick." Then I find out that a friend of ours knows one of the officers as he is related, through marriage, to our friend's brother. According to him, that officer is a really nice man, "Christian," with a wife and kids. This was unnerving to me. It makes me wonder if they truly are doing mind control experiments on police officers through training.
