Ethical men and women who obey the laws of nature and natures's God can govern themselves. As long as they respects the lives, liberty and property of their neighbors they don't need a government to tell them what to do.
Unethical men and women routinely trample on the rights of others to get gain. This is irresponsible. They use governments to make laws which allow them to steal from the masses under the color of law.
Men and women who listen to their conscience are very capable of ruling themselves while unethical individuals can never be free.
With liberty comes responsibility and you can't have one without the other. If men would take personal responsibility, listen to their conscience and obey natural laws, evil men and tyrannical governments could not rise to power.
In land where honesty, integrity and virtue abound you will find peace, prosperity and freedom. In a society where political leaders routinely lie, cheat and steal you will find hoards of people seeking to get rich at the expense of others.

By nature's law, do you mean shooting and hanging these people? If so I'm all for it. If you mean incarcerating them, feeding and clothing them, giving them medical care and lawyers, conjugal visits with free Viagra, that all seems quite unnatural. I believe what we desire begins at birth, by parents that take the responsibility seriously, of preparing their off-spring for life on their own. With the urging of marketers, without morale responsibility, aided by the media with an ever increasing greed for the dollar, the traditional family is long gone. Parents that do realize their responsibility for the childes actions are doomed by that old evil, peer pressure. For a long time now, the parents, controlled by the perceived need for self indulgence, have abandoned the child to strangers for their care in the most important years, when they are forming their way of life, or worse yet, on the streets. Wrongs, immorality, evil, and so on, come naturally due to the sin nature born in man. Good has to be taught by discipline and modeling of the care givers actions. At this point, we are about at the bottom of the cycle, how ever long it took to get to this point, it will take at least as many years to return to better. I have noticed that occasionally the indication pops up that indicates the young are rebelling against the trend on their own. We need, and are experiencing a great move of God, as the Bible tells. This ultimately means our society, as so many before, may be doomed by the growth of evil.
People who violate the rights of others should be stripped of their rights.
The function of government should be to protect the people from individuals who violate the rights of the people.
