National Defense? - Authorization Act
This is no Act
This is not what it might seem. The NDAA is an open ended, unconstitutional authority for “Them” to do whatever “They” want to “We the People”; without a warrant, without a victim, even without a crime ever being committed. No jury trial, no charges filed, no bail, no possibility of redress, in fact, no rights AT ALL!
We already know what ‘they” will say; that this is intended to capture and hold possible “terrorists” or about to be “terrorists” so as not to allow them escape from the law or access to escape or travel to aid and abet the enemy in a foreign land or foment action here in America, like the Boston bombers. In other words, to stop terrorism before it even starts. That will be their excuse. All under the guise of “Emergency” of course.
But, what’s to stop “them” from simply over-using the word “terrorist” or simply redefining “terrorist” to include anyone who does not like “Big government” or anyone who identifies as a “Sovereign Man” or “Freeman upon the Land”, simply because “they” know that these people do not approve of their unconstitutional actions. All they have to do is label anyone an "Enemy Combatant" and the Constitution will no longer be in force.
Well you can forget about any “what if” scenarios. They have already done it. It started with Murtha calling Pennsylvanians, “Rednecks, clinging to their guns and religion”. Obama has accused the “TEA Party” of being unpatriotic and anti-American and even gone so far as to characterize them as “Domestic Terrorists”.
You see folks? That’s all it takes to bring YOU under the rules of “The National Defense Authorization Act”. Label you a terrorist, arrest you, shove you in a FEMA Camp and throw away the key.
And as far as I can tell, our "Commander-in-Chief" is not even an American.
As far as I can tell by my research, we already have authorization for National Defense. It’s called the Constitution! And I quote:
Article I, Section 1
“All legislative powers shall be vested in a Congress…” and that “The Congress shall have the Power To…declare War…and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;”
So, what the hell do we need with the NDAA? It would seem “they” already have all the Power “they” need; No?

So when does our next American Revolution begin? Armed, that is.
The American Revolution has already started. It started when we began to recognize that there is a serious problem in America and it has gotten to the point where we must stand up and take our country back from those who took it from us.
As for arms, we all have them and as near as I can figure, we have a right to have them be covered with hair/fur.

They have their benefits and privileges ; they're fat lazy and stupid ; they're moral degenerates who rationalize everything in their own interest ; what the heck do they care ? Rules are for those who do care . So this revolution will be played by sovereigns who really care ; no killing just prosecutions and control of a public economy ; no usury , no debt , just value for value .
Make yourself some stink bombs ; any one tries to assault ; bomb them ; we'll stink'm out .

We need a revolution in our own county, not country. What are we waiting for? We the people have the power but won't exercise it. Why? I don't know, when the solution is all laid out for us at www.pandaunite.org This is the answer. Tell me why the people won't act? I am a big time supporter of our Constitutional Sheriff (up for re-election), and he is a serious minded guy. He has to win the Primary first.
He will listen to me. I will be going on his Golf outing. Yes I golf. And yes he will take silver in pmt. I'm sure he will understand the value thereof. I'm also sure that once I tell him what I think about the NDAA, he will look into it and probably want to hear what I have to say about many other subjects; like the right to travel maybe? I already have the biggest election banner I can handle blanketing my FRONT porch, (so everyone can see it). It's big, I'll just say that.
I already have called the pike county terrorists and been put on the watch list by the FBI -GOD GUNS GUTS.
I already beat the sheriff's ear on the issue of open carry and the issue of the USA inc. flag that flies in the courtrooms in PA. We are at war with this illegal, unconstitutional form of government!
Excellent presentations in both YouTube video's, the last one really exposes what little we know about the man who would be king, he's an absolute fraud and all of his last 8 years can start to unravel the second he leaves office, but we have to assure our selves that Hillary can't ever walk into the White House ever again.
She is the last thing we need in the White House or in Public service of any kind, she needs to retire as she is getting quite old, as in too long in the tooth. Let's save the White House staff a lot of pain, as she was nothing but a pain in the a-s when she and Bill lived there.
Vote Hillary out on her a-s one more time to save our country from Obama's hidden bits of further destruction of our Constitution.
fuehrer oblahblah won't leave office unless he is hauled out in chains or a body bag (my first choice) but the gop is part of the NEW WORLD ORDER, and therefore part of the problem!!!!! a military coup won't happen because any commander loyal to the Constitution has already been removed in favor of a NWO yes man!!!!!
