This fantastic document search has been aggressively pursued by dedicated men and women for 30 years I know of. Several copies of these documents where drafted throughout the 1800's, and over the years, some of these copies have been destroyed. The last known legal copy was in the hands of a small research group in the early 1990's, and later found to have been removed from public view before publication could take place.
There are 27 critical government documents protecting all American People from constitutionally prohibited foreign government influence within our domestic government bodies. These documents protect the People's right to freely pursue the American Dream.
Many People have certified copies of 12 of these historic documents, and I have found very strong indication(s) leading to multiple locations where remaining copies of the other critical documents have been known to exist.
The American People are in a race to publish these hidden documents before the likes of Hillary Clinton, or a group of her foreign followers, gets enough time to convene another constitutional convention to re-write our American Constitution and remove Article 1 and the prohibitions of foreign influence in united State government.
By 1812, America was a collection of 17 united States, requiring 13 states for legal ratification of any new constitutional amendment, or the repeal of any existing amendment. Without all 27 documents published together, our u.S. Constitutional Article 1 has been ignored by the foreign influence found in our American government until today. With an incomplete Constitutional package, the American People have suffered from criminal attorney fraud since 1861.
Several years ago a small, private, research group held in their hands, all the original Constitutional Ratification Documents from the 13 states ratifying the Original 13th u.S Constitutional Amendment, and they acquired inexpensive document copies that were not legally certified.
The group did not understand about legal document certification, and this is the cause for my funding request today. I have been organizing information from these other researchers and it is time we, the American People start our race. This race for public exposure of our constitutional documents must be won by the American People, and soon.
After this small research group of Patriotic Americans collected their copies, they made an honest attempt to enter these non-certified document copies into federal court record, but the fact the copies had not been legally certified, for a few dollars per each document, allowed the federal court to refuse the evidence by denying the authenticity of the documents.
Sadly the research team members photographed the original documents in hand before copying, but they didn't secure the proper type of copies due to a lack of knowledge of court rules. The B.A.R. attorney(s) as judges made several court rulings which continued their ability to control the judicial branch of our domestic government bodies, from the bench. And it from this time, documents started go missing.
For those asking why these 27 documents hold so much importance, please take a look at the picture placed in this funding request. I am holding a Colorado Territorial Revised Statute law book from 1868, which includes the text to the united States for America Constitution exposing 14 constitutional amendments throughout 1867.
That book was used until early 2000 before it was purged from the law library shelf for destruction. This book was owned by the Montrose County, Colorado Law Library and carries the pedigree marks identifying it's previous owner.
Colorado attorneys used this book to prosecute Common People in Colorado for 132 years. Then after many years of service, the local attorneys attempted to destroy this book so the book could not expose judicial criminal fraud being committed by the state department of law, here in Colorado, since the first day of Colorado statehood on August 1, 1876. This situation is completely documented by the Colorado Secretary of State.
I bought the 1868 book, and yes I have a receipted invoice, as key evidence of government criminal fraud, and subsequently, this book exposed 9 other states committing the same crimes of fraud today. That number is expected to rise as more state's records are reviewed. It is time to expose these crimes to the American People, and the individual criminals by name. Everyone of these crimes have been committed by persons guilty of violating Article 1 of the united States for America Constitution. Actually, there are 4 known versions of the united States Constitution and Article 1 is in all of them.

This existing situation of foreign control throughout domestic American government is a major reason for much of the violence and civil unrest in this country today. I know this is a fantastic claim, but there is detailed evidence of what I say.
I ask the American People to think about their individual problems and review a couple questions;
Is there an attorney somewhere in the background?
and would it be worth the price of your next meal to have that attorney exposed for their criminal fraud and removed from your individual situation?
After years of study, and investigation, I am prepared to ask the American People for their help. This document search and recovery is for every American alive today, and those yet to be born. And this search requires funds I do not have.
This project resembles a hunt for lost treasure, but this hunt is to secure our American Constitutional Rights. Obviously, I must not give clues to the organized details of who is traveling to which location(s), or how or when that person will travel.
Copies of these documents are known to exist in other countries, so a degree of secrecy must be maintained for security reasons. But as an example, there is a copy of the missing document(s) all Americans need, stored by the Tower of London, but the current British Authority refuses to provide the American People with a copy.
Before I understood the whole story, I made a written request to Suzanne Kito of the Tower of London, in 2009, which was flatly refused. But England isn't the only foreign country where these original document copy(s) are currently held.
Once I have legally obtained document copies in hand, the entire story will be provided to the American People, so each American can claim their Constitutional Rights before the world.
I have scheduled 120 days to search every known location. If our search goes that long, I estimate the expense to be in excess of 45,000 u.s. dollars. As I am guessing, but do not know how this trip will go, I am starting with a lower fund request amount of 15,000 dollars to get started for the first 30 days.
With luck, the document will surface quickly for the benefit of the American People, but if the document does not surface in 30 days, I will post an up-dated request for additional funds, with an explanation, as needed. By making my funds request in smaller portions, I am relying on the People to monitor this project.

The title esq. is an executive appointment granted by a foreign power, known as an Office of Profit. As the united States shall grant no titles of nobility as prohibited in the constitution by Article 1, any Office of Profit must come from a foreign power. Also, our American Constitution prohibits states from granting titles of nobility so by rule all titles of nobility must come from a foreign power.
Our constitutional framers made the prohibition, but forgot the penalty, and that is what the attorney fears and the People need from the Original 13th Amendment.
Our original constitutional contract prohibits anyone holding a Title of Nobility from employment within all of our domestic government bodies. This prohibited employment is throughout all municipal, county, state and federal levels of American government.

In 1860 the residents of the area to later be known as Colorado, received territorial status from the united States Congress, as part of their process to become a united State. In 1860, the under funded u.S. Congress needed Colorado's gold and silver resources, but the u.S. Congress refused to allow any foreign influence within u.S. government departments and agencies.
To become a united State, the Territory of Colorado submitted an application package to the united States Congress which included Colorado's belief and understanding of the requirements to become a united State in 1860.
Included as part of the application package was a copy of the proposed Colorado state laws, or contractual statutes, when statehood was granted. But also in that application filing, Colorado surrendered a then current copy of the united States for America Constitutional contract from 1859 with the original 13th amendment in place followed by the Slavery Amendment in the 14th position.
Colorado's statehood application package was reviewed by the united States Congress and found to be complete with the Titles of Nobility Amendment in place.
After an exhaustive review of the application package by the federal government, the state of Colorado was admitted to the union on August 1, 1876 with the voted approval of the u.S. Congress, after a constitutional review by the federal supreme court and the signed presidential acceptance for Statehood.
Also required for Colorado statehood was a contractual agreement demanding Colorado honor and defend the united States Constitution in its entirety, and the Titles of Nobility Amendment was part of the application package. This agreement is known as the Enabling Act.

Most human problems have a simple solution, but this solution required years to find and understand.
If you have read this far, a little more history will help you understand why I know attorneys are criminals to the united States for America. These historical facts have been confirmed through review of many other state's histories of this Representative Union too.
In 1860 the residents of the area to later be known as Colorado, received territorial status from the united States Congress, as part of their process to become a united State. In 1860, the under funded u.S. Congress needed Colorado's gold and silver resources, but the u.S. Congress refused to allow any foreign influence within u.S. government departments and agencies.
To become a united State, the Territory of Colorado submitted an application package to the united States Congress which included Colorado's belief and understanding of the requirements to become a united State in 1860.
Included as part of the application package was a copy of the proposed Colorado state laws, or contractual statutes, when statehood was granted. But also in that application filing, Colorado surrendered a then current copy of the united States for America Constitutional contract from 1859 with the original 13th amendment in place followed by the Slavery Amendment in the 14th position.
Colorado's statehood application package was reviewed by the united States Congress and found to be complete with the Titles of Nobility Amendment in place.
After an exhaustive review of the application package by the federal government, the state of Colorado was admitted to the union on August 1, 1876 with the voted approval of the u.S. Congress, after a constitutional review by the federal supreme court and the signed presidential acceptance for Statehood.
Also required for Colorado statehood was a contractual agreement demanding Colorado honor and defend the united States Constitution in its entirety, and the Titles of Nobility Amendment was part of the application package. This agreement is known as the Enabling Act.

This same story is part of many other united State's history, yet our American government is not allowing this story to be told. Attorneys are prohibited employees illegally employed in our current domestic government bodies, and this can end.

The premise behind this post is bogus -- pure and simple.
One loses whatever credibility he may have when he promotes spurious claims.
If you had spoken to the TONA Research Committee ( http://www.amendment-13.org/ ) like I have, you would have learned that the committee lost the capability to update its web site nearly 10 years ago. The committee actually has more research than is found on the web site.
Since that time, charlatans (I'm not referring to Jim Porter) have concocted the baseless argument that 'esquire' is a title of nobility and then conveniently ignore all the other conditional language in the proposed amendment.
Nowhere on the TONA Research Committee site will you find this argument.

If the TONA were ratified, that is certainly what it says. The specious claim that you and others make is that esquire is a title of nobility. That's what I wrote.

Nice spin. Clearly, you don't read what you don't want to read. My question was about your petition for a writ of certiorari. FCRP Rule 55 applies to default judgments. The IRS ignored your petition. It was not required to respond. That's not a default. The Supreme Court denied your petition. Didn't you read the Supreme Court Rule 14?

I HAVE been in contact with many people on the research committee and their guidance has provided direction for this privately funded project. This project is like a lost treasure hunt with one major difference. you don't have to pitch in to benefit equally from the discovery of these hidden documents. Just remember, the more you have, the more you will lose to the attorneys.

The title esquire refers to a man belonging to the order of English gentry ranking next below a knight. This title provide direction for individual status registration, no more and no less.

As for the silver bullet comment, I wrote the Colorado governor requesting a meeting to criminally charge the control employees of state department of law with fraud, naming the entire department a syndicated crime ring. The charges will name approximately 200 Colorado government attorneys for starters. That demand was based on just some of the evidence I have This project was a simple request for the People's assistance to locate additional documents known to exist.
