Declaration of Natural Law

Notice to Principle is Notice to Agent,

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principle.

Be it known to ALL that i, Morton William Thomson Junior hereinafter known as “Secured Party”, am a man, not a corporation or Strawman Debtor, (known by the ALL CAPS spelling on any and all forms i may have signed or cards i may have received). As such, it is necessary and proper to describe my existence “upon the land” such that it cannot be claimed to be unclear to any and all who may assume that i am “in the territory” or who may otherwise desire to be involved with me in any way. Thus you have been NOTICED.

This notice serves further to inform all who would read it, that I am Sovereign unto myself, (free and responsible for my own actions). My rights are as existed from birth on Planet Earth and governed by laws such as existed prior to the formation of any and all governments and as such I am Free to travel “upon the land” in the mode of the day. I am not “subject to the jurisdiction” or “in the territory” and therefore not liable for penalties of any and all rules, regulations, statutes, codes, case law, presentments, or other assumed powers, not specifically delegated by the Constitution to any government, person or agency; any presumption of authority over me to the contrary, notwithstanding.

I am not “within the United States”, nor am I a “citizen”, “national” or other fictitious designation, whether “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” or not. I am now and will hereinafter be designated as the “Secured Party” to whom this Declaration of Law applies; any presumption to the contrary, notwithstanding.

Therefore,

By the following, be it hereinafter known:

That under Title 18, §241, United States Codes:

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or by if two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with the intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise of any right...so secured –

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

Any Person, Policy Officer, Agent or Agency of government or other person, whether acting in official capacity or not who would presume to have cause to detain, delay, imprison, ticket or fine me under “color of law” without “probable cause” for acts by me which are wholly within my right to perform and which must, by right be considered constitutional and supported by law, unless proven otherwise are hereby notified in due course of original intent.

You have hereby been warned against intrusion upon me, the Natural Man, in the free exercise of my rights upon the land and not “in the territory” or territorial “jurisdiction” of the government or any of its representatives unless i have violated a definable law with all due process considered.

It is therefore no excuse to claim official capacity by claiming you are “just doing your job”. If you assume that you may violate me or my rights or any Oath of Office you may have taken, and are protected by your official capacity thereof, you are mistaken and should refuse to obey the mandates of the person who has told you to perform these actions. If your job includes violating the Law, you will be held accountable, any presumption to the contrary notwithstanding.

    is this common law? I went to a common law grand jury presentation last yr in new York last july and it was interesting, but came back home to florida and can't find any classes.  gene

    Morton,

    I love you and this, but this is what you look like after using this. Attached (No offense indented.)  My point being, every time someone says this in court the judge rolls his eyes and they send you off to the psych ward.  Our government doesn't care what the law says or what your Natural right are.

    We should all move to Utah, I'd love to have you as a neighbor!

      You have to learn how to keep the court in Common Law jurisdiction

        That's nice if you got the time and money. Here in Nevada it will never work. The National Judicial Collage right here in Reno, NV teaches the judges now to respond to these, and in the long run the judge will rule his/her way and if you don't like it, appeal it. That is how they are instructed to get around it. I seen it happen all the time.
