Compelling man to  pay a tax on his labor is a violation of the 13th Amendment.

Americans have to work for the first 114 days of the year to earn enough
to pay the taxes the government claims that they owe.

In  other words each we are forced to work for the government for nearly four
months before we can begin getting paid for the work that we do.

If the income tax was a voluntary tax it would not violate the 13th Amendment.

The income tax is a direct tax which in unconstitutional

The income tax is an un-apportioned tax which is also unconstitutional

When we fill out the tax forms we are required to testify against ourselves
