Ohio Constitutional Sheriff's Honor Roll

Hi There--

Another sheriff for Ohio needs to be added to the Ohio Constitutional Sheriff's list. I sent letters out to each of the 88 county sheriff's in Ohio. I received signed constitutional oath forms from three sheriffs so far. One of the sheriffs that signed the 'yes I will uphold my oath' form is Ralph Fizer, Jr., from Clinton County.

I've received other replies from Hocking, Lawrence, Lake, Lorain, Perry, Knox, Erie and Fairfield counties stating that they stand by the Buckeye Sheriff's Association 'ruling' which means they are not constitutional.

Howdy Darryl--

I had talked to Sheriff Richard Mack and told him I wanted to do this project in Ohio. He sent me form letters via e-mail and asked that I not change anything. I printed out 88 copies of his oath form/letter and also had a personal letter from myself. These were all sent out approximately the first of February.

Sheriff Mack asked that I send all original replies pro/con to him. I have kept a list of responses from sheriffs but sent all originals to Sheriff Mack as he requested. It was too much copying to make copies of each and every document I received.

I removed the Hamilton County Sheriff from the Discussion posted here, I believe Keith will remove the name from the main page Honor Role. I'll keep checking on it.

You've also been added as the Admin of Hamilton County.

Ralph Fizer, Jr., from Clinton County, Ohio should be added to the list. He did sign Sheriff Mack's Constitutional Oath form. This form was forwarded on to Sheriff Mack. I think Sheriff Mack would scan and send anything you need to verify anyone's position.

I'm not very savvy about computer stuff and have tried to join this site a number of times. I don't know about being an administrator for my county, which is Fairfield. I wouldn't know what to do but can help in many other ways.

That would be great. I am heavily involved in the Freedom Movement and would like to be involved on this site as well. I just don't know how to do things on the internet. If someone could coach me, I would be willing to learn.

Ok, I have to agree about this site, very cumbersome!! Anyhow, I'm not sure anybody is seeing my posts either. I've sent a message to Darryl, & he doesn't seem to have received it. Peggy, I'm not seeing you on the Ohio page & don't know why. Could you go to the black bar near the top & click on State Groups? Join there & then when another page comes up, scroll down & click on your county & join there. If nobody see thsi, then I'm not sure what to do.
