In practically every profession, the "employer" evaluates the job performance of his "employees".
Contrary to popular opinion, Supreme Justices are not appointed for life. They are to serve during periods of "good behaviour" ONLY! When in the opinion of the people the members of the Supreme Court are behaving badly they need to be dismissed.
BTW, pledging allegiance to the BAR is a violation of their Oath of Office and IS bad behaviour!
When a doctor, a dentist, a lawyer or school teacher has an unsatisfactory evaluation, they lose their jobs. Why are we not evaluating the job performance of the Supreme Court Justices?
We the people are the employer and when, in our opinion the Justices are behaving badly, it is our right and our duty to dismiss them.
A process needs to be established to evaluate the job performance of each Justice. The ones with unsatisfactory results should be impeached, removed and replaced.
Additionally, those appointees chosen to evaluate the Justices shall be comprised of a panel of non-partisan Scholars who are able to ACE THIS TEST without question.
Conclusion:
Nowhere in the Constitution, does it say that the Justices of the Supreme Court have the authority to interpret the Constitution, but only to decide it's relative application to the immediate case. In other words, They DO NOT decide what the Constitution says, but ONLY whether or not someone has violated the restrictions in it. I would start with THEM.
The final arbiter of the Constitution is the people respectively, then to the states to decide.

You live in an aristocracy, a monarchy, a cast system, where only titles of Nobility and people holding places of trust will have a voice. In other words, it's not what you know, it's WHO you know.

I grow up in a Common Law society, to me as a foreigner in UK this cast system is unnatural and repugnant. My mind and my soul cannot accept it.
Fortunately, I never accepted the subject status, have no UK passport or citizenship. Therefore, I do not think the rules of the BAR/Private Club with the queen as a head of that Private Club, do not apply to me. Only God and Nature's Law do.
