I doubt that withdrawing one's consent will contribute much to the need to restore lawful government. People must be pro-active. Here is some food for thought. Sincerely,  Walt Myers

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Patriotic Americans hoping to restore the Constitutional Republic must realize their mission, and everything they do, is to convince our elected officials, clergy and law enforcement personnel to honor James 4:17 by doing what is right in support of our Constitution! To succeed America’s patriots are going to have to unite and focus on just a few meaningful actions. Following are some items on which they should agree and actions I suggest they pursue.

FACTS FORMING THE FOUNDATION FOR UNITY

 * Government’s PURPOSE is to secure our unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and an opportunity for Happiness.

 * Any government Act designed to diminish or destroy anyone’s ability to fully enjoy any RIGHT is an illegal Act and those responsible for it and/or its perpetuation are guilty of crimes cited in Title 18 of the U.S. criminal code as no elected or appointed official has had any lawful authority to alter the intent of our Nation’s founding fathers as set forth in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. For lawful government to prevail, these officials must be held accountable.

 * States created the federal government as their AGENT. As Principals to the Constitution and under the Law of Agency they have the authority and responsibility to assure its proper interpretation and implementation.

 * The Constitution's 10th Amendment saying "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution .... are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people" makes it unquestionably clear that the only lawful powers of the Federal Government are those specifically enumerated in the Constitution.

 * Treaties, a purview of the President with the advice and consent of the Senate, cannot lawfully create law as Art. 1 Sec.1 of the Constitution vested all legislative powers in the Congress. Since the House of Representatives has no authority over Treaties, any attempt to use them to create law is an unlawful act.

 * “a law repugnant to the Constitution is void." (Marbury vs Madison)

 * “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." (Miranda vs Arizona)

 * America must either be a nation of laws or a lawless nation.

PROBLEM – America’s PROBLEM is spiritual in nature. It's people's failure (especially that of elected officials and those in law enforcement) to acknowledge the importance of James 4:17 and to honor it by doing what's right.

RESULT of PROBLEM – The most serious result of our problem is that "Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed the people;" a 1994 allegation of 30 governors.

GOAL – The goal we should share is “to restore to the states and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them by the Constitution;” the pledge made by the 30 governors.

MAJOR OBJECTIVES – Some major objectives that must be met to realize the GOAL are:

  • Gain access to a communications system allowing people to locate and communicate with others of like mind in their zip code area, county, and state and for the National Implementation Team called for in www.thecnc.org/Documents/1776.htm to reach all Sheriffs, County Supervisors or commissioners, and state legislators simultaneously or on a selected basis.
  • Create a National Leadership Team to provide a plan and oversee its implementation.
  • Inspire a national repentance – America’s problem is the failure of its people to do what’s right. Everyone must honor the 1st Commandment.
  • Create the team described in the 1776 document that will focus on these options for gaining control of government.
  • Elect an honest and capable President.
  • Replace a majority of Congress, to include all committee Chairpersons and “old timers,” with honest and capable people.
  • Elect honest and well informed people to local and state offices.
  • Convince our law enforcement personnel (military and/or civilian) to honor their oath and help hold elected officials guilty of actions denying Americans their Right to enjoy Life, Liberty and opportunity for Happiness accountable.
  • Inspire state legislation to restore the integrity of the jury box provided for in the Bill of Rights and the ballot box, nullify the 17th Amendment and provide an interest free, non repayable medium of exchange based on the monetization of wealth.

Peaceful strategies for inspiring responsible action include identifying friend and foe, recalling wayward officials, petitions, placing a lien on elected official’s bonds, convincing law enforcement personnel to enforce the law, assuring the viability of common law grand juries, voter registration drives and voter education.

  • Some law is bad.  For example, there are laws against growing certain plants, and laws against selling certain kinds of milk.  Those who create bad law are susceptible to embarrassment if those who are aware assemble the relevant facts and present them at the right place and time.  Embarrassment is powerful because it is entertaining.

I believe that voting is a waste of time, and also it is an attempt to control other people through the tyranny of the majority.  Each person is responsible for developing his own conscience and if that requires identifying people to help guide that development, he or she is also responsible for that, and NO ONE ELSE can do it for him.  Voting is an attempt to usurp this most important personal responsibility from others.

I believe that punishment is counterproductive.  Laws ought not to be enforced because that is wasteful of both the money required for enforcement and of the time of the person being punished.  However, those who do wrong should be encouraged and pressured through peaceful peer pressure to make reparations and repair whatever damage they have done.  This "encouragement" is very effective when it comes in the form of community members openly stating, in public, their accusations to the accused, along with any recommendations they have about how the wrong done can be made right by the wrongdoer.

People say my ideas are utopic, and they have a good point.  However, when they use that characteristic of my ideas to justify the efforts they make to punish others, collect taxes to pay for enforcement, get new laws passed, and identify people to guide the development of the consciences of others, and to justify their utter lack of effort to contribute to the peer pressure that bad actors can be made to feel to right their wrongs, they are doing more harm than good.  Perfection is not possible, but using that as an excuse not to aim for it is idiotic.

I don't believe it is wise to identify friend or foe when the fact is that the vast majority of those who would be viewed as foes are foes only because they are not aware, they have been trained to ignore what can make them aware, and they have been brainwashed into a world view that needs to be carefully deconstructed and replaced with something more accurate.  Turn our foes into our friends through patient education and, when necessary, peer pressure against those who thrive on holding power over others.
