Well my private property rights were violated by egregious actions of my City officials, assisted by the County, State and Federal officials. The is no case similar on record that I can find. Unprecedented. I cannot find representation. I do know that I was tortured and there is no statute of limitation for acts of torture. About Mark and Linda Conlee
