Don, A contract is a contract. Kim defied her order from her military commander to whom she has a contract with which equates to a breach of contract in law or at law. The only way out for her would be to resign or renounce her unlawful oath of office to a document that does not exist in law. Kim could also file a complaint claiming that the oath of office she subscribed to is a fraud and invoke the Maxim of: fraud vitiates all. Evidence: There is no document in law with a title of: 'The Constitution of the United States' There are two (2) documents in law that do exist and they are: The Constitution for the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States of America.

Folks, It's all about contracts and maxim's, period! I do understand and agree with the 5 points Sam Rohrer makes via Mike however, only if a contract was not subscribed to to the contrary. It really is that plain and simple, folks. A lawful contract trumps all and I do understand that the contract of all who have subscribed to an oath is fraud and fraud vitiates all however, one must lawfully challenge such by proving the fraud within and I think I have done so in an earlier post specifying that there is no such document in law or at law to which such oath is subscribed to therefore, once proven beyond a reasonable doubt, that contract becomes null and void.
