The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals was able to see and hear testimony that was not allowed to be heard in the District Court. As a result the District Court verdict was over turned. It appears to me that much of the evidence in the case of the Bundy Ranch Standoff has been ruled inadmissible by Judge Navarro that her fragrant misconduct will ultimately result in victory for the Bundys.
It is the of the Federal Circuit Courts to oversee the decisions rendered by the District Courts. In the case of Shaeffer Cox. The Ninth Circuit Court has over ruled the verdict of the District Court which sentenced him to twenty six years in prison for conspiracy.
