Resurrection of States Sovereignty

Our Constitutional Republic was abandoned with the ratification of the 17th amendeent in 1913. The state legislatures lost their representation in the U.S. Senate could longer prevent Congress from abusing the rights of the people.

With the ratification of the 17th amendment the state lost their represention in the senate and could the senators began to represent the bankeers and Wall Street corporations , instead of the best interests of the people,

1913 was a very bad year, The Federal Reserve was created and the Congress gave us the Income Tax, the IRS and the 17th amendment.

Our Constitutional Republic died that year due to the efforts of the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of our government. If we could turn back the clock, we could undo much of the damage.

We can begin by restoring our Constitutional Republic by rescinding the 17th amendment. We also need to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and rescind the 16th amendment.

The Constitution Club is looking for courageous men and women to join us in the effort to help us contact our state legislators and demand that they take action to correct the horrible decisions made by Congress in 1913
