Its a fraud, a fake, an illusion! In fact, its so pervasive, fraudulent and clandestine, that most people dont have a single clue about it. That's why you're here today, reading this. Because reality should trump fraud. Don't you think?
So. with that in mind, let's take a look at the Myth and the Truth.
Fiction - YOU must apply for or own a "Birth"/(Berth), Certificate
Truth - Many are born every day without one and it is not required. Stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - YOU must sign papers at the hospital, assigning a Social Security Number to your child
Truth - You can have your child in a hospital and are not required to fill out ANY papers, except the bill. These are government papers that give permission for them to now own and control the very life and future of your children. STOP signing your children away! Stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - YOU must apply for a "Driver's License" in order to travel upon the open highways at the controls of a car.
Truth - "Driving" is a privelege and a profession, but "travelling" or perambulating is a right. You do not need permission to travel. Stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - YOU must acquire and hold a Social Security Number to work in any given state at any given job.
Truth - Social Security is completely voluntary and is NOT required unless one intends to take advantage of the insurance program it represents. PERIOD! SO stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - YOU will need about a 50 Cent stamp to mail a letter out of town.
Truth - The USPS is required by law to mail any letter which declares on its face that it is to be delivered, usA Non-Domestic, without a Z.I.P. Code and therefore, "without" the United States, for a fee of Three Cents out of town and Two Cents in town.
Fiction - FDA regulation; "Only a drug can treat, cure, prevent or diagnose a disease"
Truth - Thousands of years of successful natural treatments, herbs and food itself, have proven beyond any doubt, that they CAN cure dis-ease and are NOT drugs. The regulation is a pure lie and not even law. Its just a Food and Drug Administration regulation, Nothing More!
Fiction - YOU are required to pay taxes on your "income" and are "required" to do whatever the IRS tells you to do.
Truth - The IRS is a fraud and is in no way connected to the government. YOU is not you and There is No Law requiring you to have withheld or pay "Income Tax" to the IRS. Stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - YOU must enroll your children in "Public" School and if you choose an alternative, they must still be learning the prescribed "public" curriculum.
Truth - Poppycock! Pure unadulterated lies! People every day are taking control of the education of their children and are refusing to be told what they must or must not learn. Stop signing them up. Stop signing your NAME!
Fiction - Banks have enough money in reserve to give all their depositors all of their money back
Truth - The "Federal" "Reserve" "Bank" - Is NOT federal in any way. It is a private for profit enterprise. They do not hold enough of any kind of reserve in gold and silver to return even one percent of the money in these accounts, not even enough paper and ink debt notes. They operate on fractional banking rules. And finally, they have been chartered for over one hundred years as the only banking system in the nation. What happened to twenty year charters?
Fiction - The money in your pocket can be traded for real money.
Truth - Read the dollar bill in your pocket. It makes no promises to hold value of any kind, except to pay your taxes. It is debt currency, nothing more.
Fiction - As soon as YOU pay off your mortgage deed, you will own your home and property outright.
Truth - You will never own your home, You need to apply for Allodial Title and get a Land Patent to own it outright, even if you don't consider that as long as you have to pay tax on it, you don't own it, you're simply a renter. Read your Deed. You're listed as a tenant.
Fiction - The Earth is in dire trouble due to man-made increases in CO2 causing a run-away effect known as Global Warming that promises to result in permanent "Climate Change".
Truth - This whole thing is a complete and utter LIE!. There are multiple ways to expose these lies for the real truth, since all they use is cooked surveys, cherry picked results and future predictions made from faulty data.
Fiction - Congress shall "promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts by securing for limited times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;"
Truth - There are so many fees and costs attached to this process, that you literally have to already have a ton of money to actually afford to get this protection; supposedly guaranteed in the Constitution as noted in the above quote.
Fiction - YOU need a C.C. gun permit to own and carry a hand gun or other defensive weapons out in public, concealed or otherwise.
Truth - The Oath Keepers organization and others like WRAM would like to differ with this theory, and the last time I looked, The 2nd Amendment was still only one sentence, to whit;
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
Fiction - The Supreme Court of The United States (SCOTUS), is the final arbiter of what is and is not lawful or Constitutional in America. They have final say on laws.
Truth - The people have already proven that if they don't like a law or a SCOTUS opinion, they can simply engage in "Jury Nullification". Just ask the people who disagreed with the 18th Amendment. They finally had to repeal it because no jury of their peers would convict. The People are the highest form of power in a free Republic and have the final word on ALL laws. That is the very reason why the jury process exists. This is also why the forming of a Grand Jury is a function of the people; no government agency needed.
Fiction - YOU are a "citizen of the United States and the State in which you reside."
Truth - Your "Strawman" fictional "persona" may be a 14th Amendment "citizen", but you are an American National state Citizen.
Fiction - All of the above is "required" by law
Truth - If ANY if this was actually "required", by law or otherwise, they would not need your permission; they would not need any papers, they would not need YOUR SIGNATURE! It is YOU who are GIVING them permission to do what they're doing.
Wake UP people! STOP SIGNING YOUR NAME!

This is a bit much for the average American to munch on but it is absolutely true. They control us through our lack of knowledge. They make sure we don't have the requisite knowledge to comprehend our demise by educating us in the public fool system. That system gives the basic necessities of learning to be a fake law abiding 'citizen', barely qualified to hold a job. The real purpose of the ed. system is to give you just enough info to get you to want to go to college so you can rise out of poverty...and the real purpose of going to college is to create as many debt slaves as possible.
In fact, none of their so-called laws [codes, statutes, rules, regulations and ordinances] even pertain to any living man or woman. Everything is written to pertain to 'persons'. Any 'person' who does this or any 'person' who fails to do this. When the term person is used in ANY of the above mentioned so-called laws it is always referring to a legal fiction, not the living. The con job is to get you to believe it means you.
None of these so-called laws are for the public. They are privately owned and pertain to privately owned legal fictions. You can check this out. Just go down to the library in the courthouse and pull a book of statutes off the shelf. The very first thing in that book will be a copyright notice. You cannot copyright anything in the public domain--only the private domain. Can you guess who owns those fraudulent so-called laws? The same people that own the Federal Reserve Bank, corporate U.S. government, the court system, the IRS, etc. and it isn't you.
I say they are fraudulent because they use every pretense to use them against the people to control them and rob them of their wealth. Its called inducement by fraud.
Well, I know some of this, but when I bring it up to those who might be more astute than I, the comment invariably is something like this: We know the IRS is illegal but we don't want to go to jail." Or, "Why poke a rattlesnake with a short stick?" Same for driving without a license. Jail.
All I know, is Roe v Wade is not law, nor is Obergefell. SCOTUS cannot write law without a Constitutional Amendment and there has been none, and neither is listed in the Congressional Register.
That's about all I know. And what to do about anything is completely out of my ability to figure out.
The key to all of this is not to get out of the system as we constantly hear. The key is to use the system through the straw man but without being the fiduciary. The fiduciary is like the trustee on a trust. He holds all the liability. So if you don't want the liability, rebut their presumption of you being the fiduciary.
Just how do you think you became entangled with the IRS in the first place? You were induced by fraud to become the fiduciary because the straw man is the Taxpayer, not you. They needed a live body to do the work for their fiction so they tricked you into signing that 1st 1040 form under penalty of perjury.
Any time they are going to steal from you they have to tell you and they do but its always through movies so you will dismiss it as just entertainment. They also always offer a remedy but they are not required to tell you what the remedy is or where to find it.
I know of 2 different remedies for IRS problems. The first is revocation of election under IRS Code 6013(g), that is, if you can comprehend the code. The 2nd is by an affidavit of mistake. I have attached an affidavit of mistake that I wrote as an example last week.

You need to go to https://theamericanstatesassembly.net/correct-your-status and learn just how to do that.
You need only file a W-4V form instead of a W-4 and give your bosses company an indemnification letter and you're done.

I have been driving - err - traveling since 2010, in Hawaii, without a driver's license. Although, that was NOT my original plan. I came to "big" island Hawaii from Rhode Island in 2009.
At that time, I had a Rhode Island driver's license #9050336. I had to get a Hawaii driver's license within 6 months, (or so I was led to believe), but as I discovered, as the plot thickened in-fact, I did NOT need a driver's license. Obviously, to uncover this purposefully-hidden fact, I did and have done hundreds & hundreds of hours of research in law-book after law-book.
The bottom line:
The only time one needs to get a driver's certificate is if they are involved in commerce. What is commerce? Black's Law - 4th edition:
