Contrary to popular belief the Constitution for the united States is not a contract. It is a rule book written to limit the authority of the government in order to protect the lives, liberty and property of the  people.

A contract is an agreement that creates an obligation to the participating parties abide by the mutually agreed upon terms.

The Constitution was written to govern the government not the people. It is the responsibility of government to obey the rules and it is our responsibility to enforce them.

If we don't hold our government officials accountable they have no incentive to honor their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. The Constitution can not  protect us, if we  don't defend it.

Unfortunately when our Congressional Representatives violate the rules instead of being punished, they are rewarded by the Wall Street bankers and corporations who fund their campaigns.

We can not expect our elected officials to do their job, if we fail to do our job. We must either submit to tyranny or take responsibility. Giving Congress access to our credit cards is like giving the keys to your liquor cabinet to a thirsty alcoholic.

We the people elect the representatives, but they take their marching orders from the financial elite. We were supposed to be the employer and the government officials were to be our employees.

For our government to function properly, we must educate ourselves on the principles of individual liberty and personal responsibility and hold our elected officials accountable.

If we don't govern our government, our government will become our masters and we will become their servants. The only way we can have a government of, by and for the people is for each of us to take responsibility to hold our elected officials accountable.

Representatives who violate the Constitution should be indicted and prosecuted and if found guilty they should be sent to prison for the rest of their lives.

The Constitution is not a contract, it is the Supreme Law of the land and it is the responsibility of the people to enforce it.

Thank You,

If interested you can watch this video explaining the meaning of the Preamble of their constitution. It ain't our club folks.

Go here ..

for clarification on Charter or Constitution

Written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and in operation since 1789, the United States Constitution is the world’s longest surviving written charter of government.

By "dual meaning" do you mean two Constitutions in the United States. 1st was suspended in favor of a Vatican Corporation in 1871?

Not sure what you mean.  Are you referring to my comment above.  That statement was copied directly from .gov site defining clearly the US Constitution is indeed a charter which is normally attached to a corporation.

The term 'United States' has two different meanings. It has a true legal meaning and a generic meaning.  The several states including the fed gov have always been referred to as the united states. When used this way it is a generic term referring to everything under our constitutional system.

Before the 14th  if you said you were a citizen of the United States, since there is no actual national citizenship, it was understood to mean that you were a citizen of one of the states.

The true legal definition of United States in court, means only DC and areas under its absolute control. So, after the 14th, when you claim to be a citizen of the United States, you are claiming to be first and foremost a citizen of the fed gov. Understanding this is very important because by getting whites to accept his status, it stripped them of all the rights that are suppose to be secured to them by their state constitution.

The transition is so complete that decades ago the communist controlled gov actually closed all trial courts that have any authority over state-born whites.

Thank you,  Most of our real books are disappearing at an alarming rate even on subjects of health, and bastardizing definitions to suit their will

“If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.”

That need is overdue, OVERDUE for WE THE PEOPLE to become one of those type of patriot.

Most of the people in this country that call themselves patriots have been manipulated into a sense of patriotism by the education system, the media, the government and other sources outside of their own experience... a makeshift patriot! Most practice the paradigm of God, family, work, entertainment, etc... country (if time is left). The duty of each and every one of us to be sure the contract between us, collectively, and the states that represent us is never breach has all but been manipulated out of us. The INSANITY of doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results has to stop and the paradigm of God, family, country, work, entertainment, etc... MUST become new to the patriots that will save our country from ruin.

Becoming someone who loves his or her country and supports its authority and interests using skill or knowledge that is gotten ONLY by doing what it takes themselves to become more skillful and/or wise... an experienced patriot, means started to live doing something different and GETTING the results we must have.

Jon you again argue semantics. Those were common terms in the Founders times. The people were better educated then and very well read. the vast majority of the people could read and write.

Not like now most can not read and have a very limited vocabulary. Just break down the terms you used into base words the meaning is clear.

But they are not common terms today.

Jon what is your point?

The Constitution was written centuries ago so what does not common terms today have to do with anything?

Since 1871 the United States president and the United States Congress has been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies. The American people do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States. The first penned by the leaders of the newly independent states of the United States in 1776. On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from Britain and self-rule was born. And for 95 years the United States people were free and independent. That freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the united states for America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.

The Congress realized that the country was in dire financial straits, so they made a financial deal with the devil – international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London ) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend the floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a way of taking back control of the United States and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed. With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia.

With the passage of “the Act of 1871” a city state (a state within a state) called the District of Columbia located on 10 sq miles of land in the heart of Washington was formed with its own flag and its own independent constitution – the United States’ secret second constitution.
