8575535890?profile=originalThe Constitution was written by representatives of the states to limit the power and scope of the government's actions. The primary purpose of the government is to protect the God given rights of the people.

The County Sheriffs and local Police Officers all take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land; (see Article 6, section 2)

The law enforcement community is supposed to represent the people, but have become agents of the corporate government instead. They are now operating as a shadow government, using unconstitutional rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, statutes and case law to control and restrict the everyday lives of the American people.

Law Enforcement Officers have now become nothing more than revenue officers for the cities, counties and states. The County Sheriff is not the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the County, the people are.

The Sheriff is elected by the people to uphold the Constitution and protect the people from overreach by politicians, you but instead, in most counties, the sheriff serves the bankers and the financial elite. Rather than punishing criminals, the law enforcement community creates victims by helping the banks steal the property of the people.

In the Second Amendment it states; "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Obviously, the authors of the Constitution knew and understood the importance of having a well regulated militia.

For over 150 years, volunteer fire departments protected the lives and property of the people and when the County Sheriff needed help he deputized members of the community to assist him.

It is the sworn duty of the County Sheriff to enforce those laws that are just and to refuse to enforce those which are not.
