In case you haven't heard enough from the peanut gallery, here is solid evidence of More Crimes against freedom in America, foisted upon this couple, courtesy of The Secret Service! And the banksters were more than happy to cooperate with the feds in seizure of their assests. Pathetic, that's what this is.

These people were following the "Law" and "the government" STILL tried to ruin a couple of everyday Americans, just trying to survive. And they were following ALL of the rules. WOW! Nowadays it's considered "suspicious behavior" when you follow the rules.

In the Federal Constitution Article 6 Clause 2 Says "this law (the Constitution) shall be the supreme law of the land and all judges shall be bound thereby."

Then, the 7th Amendment (also known as Article 7 in the Bill of Rights) secured the "common-law" in all "suits". The word "Suits" covers all civil and criminal cases, Cf. Bouvier's 1856 law dictionary says same.

The 9th Amendment is even more powerful for securing "common-law to man, because it says that all the rights we had before the Constitution was written are still retained by the people! So read KJV Acts chapter 24 and 25in the KJV Bible specially Acts 25:16 equals you have the God-given right to face your accuser and have him or her make accusation of a "wrong" to your face.

Know that a pleading is "begging", a complaint is "whining" a plaintiff is a whiner, but a "claim" is a "demand" BY RIGHT, AND ONLY A MAN CAN DEMAND BY RIGHT, THAT'S BECAUSE ONLY MAN OR WOMAN HAS RIGHTS. Government, USA, State; public servants have NO RIGHTS, only duties and obligations!

It is essential that only sites of authority that you reference are done as a comparison (Cf.) [compare to:] and not indicating that you are deriving your rights from there. For example:

Cf: [compare to] it is my God-given right to settle matters of controversy solely in "common-law" by the way of a court of record.

The magistrate (person clothed with power), without affect by the will of the legislature (statutes, cold, rules, regulations) and whereby the trial by jury are 12 equals to me, who have sole authority to judge both facts and law.

Cf. [compare to:] Ninth Amendment (also known as Article 9 Bill Of Rights to the original Federal Constitution of the United States of America (also known as "Union of States") which i believe retained all rights of a man that preceded said Federal Constitution thus: Cf. [compare to:] KJV Bible Acts 25:16, Acts 24:8

i wish to settle privately Cf. KJV Bible Matthew 18:15

So act in Honor (in common law) and say.......

i the man, John Henry Doe, hereby verify that my NOTICE and DECLARATION already filed on the 'record' of this public courthouse are my whole and complete truth and sworn testimony; only i have a verifiable claim and sworn accusation on the record. i require my accuser to rebut each and every point therein or immediately discharge this matter;

"i rest on my said notice and declaration."

Then to answer to any question say:

"i have properly answered the Court in writing all you need to know is on the paperwork i have given the Court"

SAY NOTHING ELSE!

"i, a man, John Henry Doe, do not believe I have done anything wrong. If there is any man here who claims I have done him wrong i require that he bring his claim and evidence of wrongdoing before me so that I can make restitution. If there is no man here who claims I have done wrong, I require that this matter be discharged."

All Judges know that the supreme court has never ruled against mans RIGHTS.

THANKS ; unfortunately for those who are ignorant of the crimes being committed by public departments and believe they still have a government life goes blissfully on .

Hopefully we'll become knowledgeable enough to get writs into the courts to prosecute these bastards before the first shots ring out .
