The President of the United States is the Chief Executive of the United States. He has jurisdiction over the territory known as the District of Columbia. The Sheriff is the Chief Executive of his county. He has jurisdiction over territory encompassing his county.
Unfortunately, the Sheriffs around the country are trapped in a system that treats them as though they are nothing more than agents of the equity courts currently masquerading as constitutional. The Sheriffs continue to take their marching orders from Judges and the Courts, rather than assuming their place as elected officials with an obligation to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
Morality is defined as doing what’s right even when no one is watching; obedience is simply doing what you’re told. Most of our Sheriffs are nothing more than the enforcement arm of your county’s corrupt court system, he determines which laws are inside the boundaries of his “jurisdiction” and which ones are not. Instead of this, he needs to enforce those laws that promote liberty and refuse to comply with unconstitutional ones.
When a sheriff uses force to evict a homeowner, who is he working for? Is he protecting the life, liberty and property of the people who live there, or is he working for the people who benefit financially from the foreclosures?
Millions of homeowners have lost their homes to foreclosure, because of this kind of unconstitutional behavior.
We need to remind these Sheriffs how they got their job and support those Sheriffs who are already on the same page as we are.
