Somewhere in the last oh, I don't know, two hundred fifty years or so, we set up restrictions for people in government service. We decided to be governed and then set up the rules to bring maximum benefit to THE PEOPLE!. We called it, The Articles of Confederation and then later, The Constitution for the united States of America.
In the final warning to those people who would represent us, nestled at number ten in the Bill of Rights, came the last and MOST important restriction on ever expanding government power, The Tenth Amendment.
"The powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

the 10th amendment has been ignored by the president, vice president, speaker of the house, all members of congress, all members of state and local governments. They are paying less and less attention to the complete Bill of Rights. We need to educate people and get them to stand up and be free instead of being sheep for the government.

pretty much. If you do exactly as you are told and directed, as most people are inclined to do, the US inc is better than most places. Herd mentality, especially if one gets to be a stud duck.
While the BAR is not busy stealing our Republic, there was an Item of redemption "Private Membership Association" whereby members of we the people can remove themselves from the public domain. That is where the statutory corporate governance operates! If you are not there! You are not subject to the whims of the bogus courts, unlawful legislature, and corporate CEO of the State of Oregon and its executives.
It is not complicated, it is very precise, when executed properly the members enjoy close to if not exactly common law. Responsibility to the public rules , codes, and regulations are removed from your countenance. You become exempt, to the color of law corporate governance, beholden to the private not public realm. If one does not break the major laws of damage to people and property in a malicious way, one is exempt from the bullshit codes they of corporate governance wishes to impose upon us.
If a group of us, within this group, form a group of about 30, similar to a small privately held de facto corporation. Let's assume, starting with one, then by states until a better idea comes along. There will be one established soon, apart from Constitution Club, that I will be a member of. I will learn the ins and out and the legalese of the Private Membership Association, show the technicalities to Mort and another, we then buy the rights from the developer of the PMA. Totally above board and with their help and guidance. We can establish another one here. When it is grown, we can do another one! This exemption will last until the SCOTUS changes the case law. Right now it is a closely held piece of information. Like everything the corporate governance does hidden and keep from us.
A loosely affiliated group of like minded lawfully inclined patriots is getting this done. As usual it is the old 20%/80% rule. 20% do the work and the 80% want to ride. Which is normal. But, not for free. Not for donations but cash from knowledgable patriot that want to be legally free of the corporation.
I find myself in that group. I refuse to suck butt for the courts, the cops, the legislature or anyone else that enforces the code. I have several founding documents that make my sovereign government in common law. Fighting the fraud heaped upon us is hard and dangerous work. The movement is full of agents provocateurs. We must be careful. The bastards slip in on us. I call them PINO.

You are precisely and most accurately correct, but despite what you feel about "corporate" speak and lawful filings, the court is in the words, so if you wish to be successful in law filings, (common law or not), you MUST be accurate in the words.

Mort if you wish to study original charters for "indentured", read all the law on Private Membership Association, read the case law on challenges to PMA by corporate governance, trusts, mala in se and mala prohibita, and check out with those that are doing it and have done it. Go for it. John has two hundred hours into the PMA gig now I plan on joining him and others to make it economically feasible.
then when you're all done, one of us will be challenged by the de facto and that one will need to defend. That defense is not only for that one of the people but for the rest of the PMA. If a member joins another PMA it can endanger the PMA if one of the PMA's is selling membership to the public. NOW! you are in Commerce and shot down.
