Interestingly enough, according to the Constitution, there is no such thing as a Supreme Court Justice. Article III authorize a Supreme Court to be staffed by Judges that are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Contrary to a common misconception, they are not appointed for life. The Constitution allows Judges to serve during periods of good behavior.
When a Supreme Court Judge votes to expand the power and authority of the United States at the expense of the people, he or she is violating their oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution and is in fact guilty of treason. This act would render the Judge unworthy to continue to serve on the Supreme Court and would invoke the death penalty.

The daughter of an Apache rancher lived behind us in Phoenix Az. His dog bit my son on the leg we talked and he invited me come live on his ranch to help with his cattle.
