Thank you very much for visiting my project, I am presently involved in a misdemeanor traffic case that I am taking to appeal. My defense is largely based upon the fact that my traveling in my automobile for personal pleasure is not commerce, and thus, it is not subject to the jurisdiction of the Motor Vehicle Code.
While there are other issues which will be raised on appeal, such as the judge not allowing me to directly examine the arresting peace officer, the issue of commerce affects all of us, That means you. The most astounding law case I have ever read is U.S. v Button. A jury found Bufton guilty of carjacking, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and brandishing a firearm during a crime of vigilance. On appeal, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed on the grounds that the prosecution failed to prove a key element of the crime: interstate commerce, Bufton walked because the prosecution did not present evidence that the carjacked vehicle, a Nissan Maxima, as well as the gun were transported across state lines being purchased out of the state of Mississippi where the crimes took place.

You are granted the privilege of using the roads for commercial gain and you must have a driver's license. If you are not involved in commerce, then while you do not need a license, you will find very, very, few peace officers who agree with your right. Thus, you must be ready to go to war over your right to travel.
