This is nothing but a bad idea gone haywire. This is GATT and NAFTA on steroids. This is Europe and their terrible ideas, imported straight to America, with the same goal in mind. Economic control of the world's governments at all levels in the form of "credit" through loaning a country its own money under the rules of usury called APR (annual percentage rate), or "Compounded Interest".
