What IS Treason anyway? I'll tell you what it isn't. It isn't homemade apple pie and whipped cream. Let's take a look at the definition:

So if a judge makes an order that is completely contrary or violates the Constitutions (state or Fed) why isn't that overthrowing the government???? They are dictating their own laws aren't they and therefore overthrowing the govn't?
I just rec'd an order from the 4th judge brought in this depostic joke of justice who said we "shall submit a deposit sufficient to cover the court costs of said filing before said fililng can be accepted." What the hell is that??? Pay to Play???? Demand that they produce a Certificate of Election , better yet get it from the Secretary of state . They probably can't or the secretary can't produce it which means they've committed election fraud.
They some how always forget this little detail It must be filed within 30 days of the election .Check your own state laws .

Rosanna, you have that absolutley correct, legislation from the Bench, is completely unConstitutitonal, by passes the checks and balances of the sepparation of powers docrine the founders gifted us with, it's just we as a nation have shirked our governance over to professional politicians for corporate structured Government ever since the ink was barely dry on the Constitution all the way back it's ratification, with one of the original colonies abstaining, I might be incorrect on that point alone, but I most certainly am not on the rest of my statement.
