When I think of women in power the first name that comes to mind is Jezabel. Her name is used figuratively in the New Testament to warn of us of usurpers(Rev 2 vs 20). 1 Tim 2 vs 12 specifically says that women are not to have authority as teachers in the Church. All of the great women in the Old Testament respected the authority of men in their lives. The most famous being Abraham's wife Sarah and the Prophetess-Judge Deborah.
Yes, and that spirit is alive today, but only rises through an Ahab type of male surrender. Men surrendered all the power to Jezebel because he was seduced by the sexual liberation and exploitation of women to be equal to men. However, women are equal to men in different capacities and should never be considered lower or submissive as a less-than being. Women carry the lives of men and thus should always be revered and respected. I am truly sad as a woman to see what the feminine has become in the past 30 years (that I've seen). The true and good feminine is completely destroyed and unsupported. In fact, it is looked down on and promoted only as the victim feminine in the world. So, women have two choices - be masculine or be a victim. It's a lie and theft that all women should rise up against! The new feminine is masculine whilst at the same time immasculating the masculine in the male. Masculine is only as good as he supports the false feminine.
Here, in my small town and in many towns, women judges are the worst against families. Both genders have been corrupted, we just expected women to not be as corruptable. I think, when women are not in their true power, they are easier to corrupt.Because they become corrupted by their perception of male power. Male power is to protect and defend with its own life!
Let us all pray for them. I am sadden at the epidemic of breast and uterine cancers which are all signs of the feminine dying. The true feminine which is to nurture (breasts) and to facilitate the life given by the seed of man (womb) is being rejected within the body of women in mostly "free and developed" nations.
