Natural Law is the foundation of a free society. The premise of Natural Law is that all men and women are born with the same rights and responsibilities.

We have allowed a small group of rich and powerful individuals to write their own laws and forced us to obey under the threat of violence.

They have successfully seized control the legislative process in our country. They have attempted to amend the Laws of Nature by passing legislation that grants them the right to steal our lives, liberty and property of the people under the color of law.

In the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson wrote "We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights including the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.?

It was the intention of the Founders to create a society where all people would govern themselves using Natural Law. When the Constitution was ratified framers of the Constitution violated the principles of the Declaration of Independence by denying some of the people with rights that were guaranteed to others. Women, slaves and Native American were denied equality under the new Constitution.

The right to own and possess property which is a God given right was violated when the Constitution authorized Congress to lay and collect taxes. Either property is a God given right or it is a privileges granted by the government.

With the adoption of the Constitution men like Alexander Hamilton's wish had come true. They now had a mechanism to convert the rights of the people in privileges granted to them by the Federal government.

Natural Law was established by the architect of the Universe. It can not be altered, amended or abolished by legislative action. When governments attempt to replace God's Laws they create a society promotes inequality, injustice and the loss of liberty.

All legislation must be in harmony with God's Law for it to be just. In order for the people to enjoy their natural rights all laws passed by legislatures must be in agreement with the principles of Natural Laws

Any law that compels us to violate another man's life, liberty or property is a violation of Natural Law. As individuals it is morally wrong to steal our neighbor's property and we can not hire an agent to do it for us. A government that compels individuals to pay taxes violates Natural Law.  A mans who is compelled to surrender 100% of everything produces is a slave. If the government takes half of what we earn, the government becomes our master and we become their slave.

The function of government is to provide for the common defense and promote the general welfare. The vast majority money the government spent by the government is used to pay for services that are not authorized in the Constitution. If the government confined itself to its Constitutional authority it would not need to extort money from the people in the form of taxes.

If the government needs funds to do the job delegated to them
in the Constitution let them have a bake sale.

Under the presumption that everyone is a citizen via the 14th, the states lose their sovereignty and the fed gov and states exercise almost unlimited power over everyone. The concept of limited powers is almost totally swept away.
