Just wondering if people think this is a good statement for our senators and representatives.

"I am writing due to the knowledge that our state sovereignty has been stolen. Our nation was founded as a union of states. These states were sovereign nations that gave some of their power, specifically given in the Constitution, to the alliance (federal) government. This was not supposed to be one nation under God. We can begin to retake our state sovereignty back by taking back our affirmation on the 17th amendment. If just six states that approved the amendment rescind their vote it will be nullified. This would return the senators to being appointed by the States senators again. The Senate appointees were supposed to be official representatives of the sovereign state's government in the new alliance government. I hope that I can count on you to propose and fight for this to be done in our states senate."
