This picture is Ed Hayes testifying in Topeka Kansas in support of SB 458 in 2006.  An illegal immigration bill written by Kansas Secretary of State Kobach and presented by then Kansas Senator Peggy Palmer.  This bill was the same as the Arizona illegal immigration bill which the spineless Kansas politicians threw out.  Kansas is now saturated by illegals in the system.  Why you might ask?  They DO NOT follow the constitution of we the people as they are now trying to do with our 1st and 2nd amendments of same.  The booklet he is holding up is the position of the American Legion on the impact of illegals in America at that time

Hello, my name is Renea Stark and I am from Blanchard. Just posted Sheriff Mack's sight on my sheriff's FB. That is a start anyway. I asked him to please get on the list.

I live in Rogers County and have written my sheriff about his position on the 2nd Amendment. I know he opposes it but want to see him publicly acknowledge his views.

Hello my name is Michael, I have seen like 230 or so Sherrif's that has gotten onboard with them standing up for our constitutional rights in different states concerning the 2nd Amendment, but I think there has only been 3 that is listed..... Wagoner, McCurtain, and Jackson it concerns me that all the Sheriff's in Oklahoma haven't gotten onboard with this.... I was in the service from 1974 to 1977 and you are sworn in that you will protect and up hold or 2nd Amendment and sign off on it.... So you would think all the Sheriff departments in the different county's would be on board by now.... Just wondering if you could give me some insite on it...

My wife told me she heard on the radio that the Rogers County Sheriff's facebook page says they will not enforce any law that violates the 2nd or 4th Amendments. I have not been there yet to verify but she heard it from a very reliable radio talk show.

I called my Tulsa County sheriff today. I was told that they took an oath to defend the Constitution and the citizens and that they will uphold their oath. Thank you Sheriff Glanz!

Michael, that surprises me. Oklahoma is being called "the reddest state in the country". I would have thought that would include the county sheriffs.

Yes, we did a Republican sweep in this election, I just hope they are all conservative. Maybe this site isn't known state wide yet. I'm in Wagner County.

I have a friend who told me that they contacted all the counties and the only one who said they would follow the federal rulings in in OKC. Don't know that for fact though.
