I found a Great document that would be a Great Read for everybody who comes here. It's called " The UCC Connection by Howard Freeman" http://freedom-school.com/the-ucc-connection.html
It explains a lot about how we went from a Constitutional Republic to a Democracy run by COLOR OF LAW
During due process under the due process clauses, you can file a motion for the victim or property damage to come forward. if no victim or property damage, then no crime. under the due process clause request the accuser damaged come forward. remember that the common law under the 7th and the 11th , are proven that the common law is primary. not secondary. if no victim comes forward and no property damage, then the case can be dismissed.
Remember that our nations rule of law is inspired by whole men, who was inspired by gods laws.
The bill of rights can be traced back to the 10 commandments. and the laws that the forefathers created was spiritually embedded into the minds of the leaders who wrote the declarations of independence.
We can all amass and file affidavits to not obey any unconstitutional acts. That would be great.
Nullify the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK, and Nullify the National Debt if that's possible, then kick the Bankers out so we can be under the Constitution again. right now the US Code and Uniform Commercial Code are what Rules the Laws of the Land. Otherwise, the US Congress and Government would not have all the Alphabet Agencies, and Congress and Senate would have to Work for a Living like normal people.
Might want to Nullify the War Powers Act. Lincoln enacted against the southern states of the Confederacy after the Civil War
Great Lesson for Modern Times as well
in order to be a crime or disservice to a person you must have an injured party!
