Hello my fellow Texans!  As I got to looking at the Texas Group I noticed that most of the stuff on the page is outdated. Like the website, Texas Sheriff's Org PDF.  The new website is …Continue

Unfortunately, the video as posted here cuts off the right side...Viewed on YT instead...

From everything going on, there is one thing that I have only seen 2 people even bring up...the last 4 words of the 2nd Amendment, "...shall not be infringed." Sadly, the right IS infringed upon, by simply requiring registration...this is, in so many states, a requirement just to be able to exercise this right. This is an infringement, period. It can't be argued any other way. Background checks are borderline, though even in times of Militia's, people that committed certain crimes, along with salves and most indigenous people, the Indians, were also not allowed to own guns, so the criminals being not allowed is a close equivalent to background checks today.

I am working on an idea of a perfect compromise, without any real infringement, that I believe would work in terms of gun rights. A perfect, hopefully, way to balance our right to keep and bear arms with the education and responsibility that we require today...

If I can work out all my thoughts, I will share it here...

This picture is Ed Hayes testifying in Topeka Kansas in support of SB 458 in 2006.  An illegal immigration bill written by Kansas Secretary of State Kobach and presented by then Kansas Senator Peggy Palmer.  This bill was the same as the Arizona illegal immigration bill which the spineless Kansas politicians threw out.  Kansas is now saturated by illegals in the system.  Why you might ask?  They DO NOT follow the constitution of we the people as they are now trying to do with our 1st and 2nd amendments of same.  The booklet he is holding up is the position of the American Legion on the impact of illegals in America at that time

I'm new to this forum, so let me introduce myself.  I live in Grimes County, about 60-70 miles northwest of Houston, near Bryan/College Station.  We are in a rural area and myself and several others have convinced our sheriff to publicly state that his office will protect the constitution and our right to keep and bear arms.  I'm a Korea War vet.  Old and tired, but not too tired to continue to protect our country and our rights.  I'll say to everyone - "Stay alert and vigilant".  And don't be afraid to speak up when you see something you think is not right.  If the local law enforcement won't give you satisfaction, go to the press and local t.v. stations.  Our government has never been very open to what they are doing, but it has gotten much worse in the past few years.  Trust, but verify.  I'm proud to be on board.

I just joined this forum today so I'm totally new here. I live in rural Wise County, just about 60 miles NW of Fort Worth.

I'm the publisher and editor of Faultline USA:Top Conservative Bloggers examine America's seismic cultural divide.

I'm happy to be here and to work with you all to protect our 2nd Amendment rights!

Has anyone been able to get a hold of Sheriff Dee Anderson, to see if he is a constitutional sheriff.  And don't trust Terry Box the sheriff of Collin County.  Here is the article -- -- it surprised me as he says he is a constitutional sheriff.

I have tried to call, email and write to Sheriff Anderson but I have yet to hear anything back from him
