"I am so disgusted at the latest "ruling" of the SCOTUS! What must God be thinking? We need to clean house and bring new leadership to this great nation of ours or we are going to be in even more serious trouble! God Bless America!"

The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court is outlined in Article III of the Constitution and the most recent Supreme Court ruling is outside of the Courts jurisdiction. The Courts have no authority to rule for or against issues outside of its jurisdiction. Because marriage is not mentioned in the Constitution, it is an issue that falls under the jurisdiction of the states. Any ruling by the Supreme Court on issues outside of its authority are unconstitutional.
