ObamaCare is Constitutional-SCOTUS Says So?

Posted on March 13, 2014 at 9:09am 2 Comments

The oft-repeated statement that ‘ACA is Constitutional’ is a broad-sweeping and erroneous rationalization that ObamaCare is the ‘law of the land’—far from it. The Supreme Court ruled on only one very small (albeit pivotal) point in Obama’s Affordable Care Act, as reported by New York Times’, Adam Liptak, “The Supreme…

There is No 'Obligation to Comply'

When the 'gummint' comes a knockin' and they're askin' lots of questions, about you or people you know, consider this statement made to me years ago..."When you go to THEM with a problem, they may be your friend, but when they come to talk to you, they are NEVER your friend. Be leery of them."

Consider the information below as a public service message. Stand up and ask some questions.

Good input from a lawyer friend,…

The mistake we keeping making...

Posted on January 6, 2014 at 10:43am 0 Comments

It is not OUR GOVERNMENT that keeps working against the people. OUR GOVERNMENT does not have that authority. It is the people who illegitimately control offices in OUR GOVERNMENT, acting ILLEGALLY! This problem can be corrected if WE, the PEOPLE have the will to remove the miscreants from their assumed positions. May 16 is a good a date as any. We must work to support this effort.

Terry, the Federal Reserve issues the currency and we borrow the money from the FED and pay interest on the IOUs they issue. If Congress would create the money, it would not need to be borrowed and there would be no need to pay any interest. If Congress has the authority to create money there is no reason that we should be paying the owners of Federal Reserve billions of dollars in interest every year fo pay the interest of fraudulent Federal Reserve Notes.

The government earned 5 trillion on invested assets and spent 3.8 trillion to fund the government. We have a surplus of 1.2 trillion dollars and do not need the income tax, the flat tax or the fair tax. All of the money collected by the IRS is deposited in the treasury of the IRS and not the Treasury of the United States.
