The people can do a quick study and read when the constitution was displaced as the governing document of the united States of America. Lincoln displaced the constitution on April 15, 1861, Was this illegal if the People refuse to reverse that decision?

The People have the documents to prove Lincoln should never have been president to displace the constitution:

The decision to prohibit Lincoln happened on June 21, 1788 when the constitution was ratified.

The constitution was strengthened early in 1812, before April 30 of that year.

John Q. Adams documented this fact in 1818.

Congress confirmed this prohibition many times before 1860, through the granting of territorial status or statehood to every area to join this country between March 31, 1861 and July 10, 1890.

On top of all these easy to read facts, A very simple and quick study will expose the fact Lincoln signed the request to congress for the slavery amendment to the constitution in Feb. 1865. That written request was wrong as it listed the proposed amendment to be the 13th amendment to the constitution. As there was already a 13th amendment, the request was edited. Proof of this edit is easily review-able in many different books authorized by the u.S. Congress and published at the time. I own one myself, a 1868 Colorado Territorial law book. This book was used by local attorneys until 2000 before it was purged from the local law library to hide our nations history.

The People must know their history, to use the safeguards provided by our founding fathers.

Knowing there is something wrong is not enough to fix the problem. Anyone thinking the government attorneys are going to willing give back to the People what they, the government attorneys, stole over the last 227 years is sadly mistaken.
