About the Seminar

The Making of America seminar is divided into two parts:

Part 1: The Founders’ Search for an Ideal Society

This is the difficult exploration which Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, Washington and others made in order to discover the ideas and principles that were ultimately responsible for creating the first free nation in modern times.  We trace their journey from 1400 B.C. To A.D. 1787.

This part will cover:Settling the new world (70 min)

    1. The Birth of a Nation (86 min)
    2. Discovering America’s Great Success Formula (62 min)
    3. The Founder’s First Attempt to Find the Balanced Center (13 min)
    4. The Miracle at Philadelphia (50 min)

Part 2: The Founders’ Freedom Formula

A refreshing look at the solid political and economic principles from the preamble through the amendments to the Constitution. You will learn, perhaps for the first time, how nearly every problem in America today can be solved by restoring these successful ideas.

This part will cover:

    1. The Founders’ Formula (24 min)
    2. Article I - The States Delegate Twenty Powers to Congress (60 min)
    3. Article II - The Most Powerful Political Office in the World - The Presidency of the United States (7 min)

Andrew P. Napolitano [send him mail], a former judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Judge Napolitano has written seven books on the U.S. Constitution

To: All Elected Officials

From:  A Sovereign American Citizen; One of We the People

This information is presented for your benefit as well as all Americans.  It is written by an expert in Constitutional law.

It does not take any special education to understand the impact of this document.  If you, as an elected official,  do not understand the implications, then you are not qualified to be an elected official.

Since most of you act as though you lack the qualifications to hold public office, permit me to explain it to you.

This is not legal advice; this is my opinion.  As a lawful sovereign it is my opinion that counts.

For the sake of brevity, I take the liberty to paraphrase:

Essentially, As an elected official you took an oath to to protect and preserve the Constitution of the United States of America.  We the people take that to mean the organic Constitution of the United States of America.

This is an important point as some of you may be chuckling to yourselves as you had your fingers crossed that the oath does not apply to you.  WRONG!

Contrary to what you might believe, it is we the people for whom you work that decide what is correct and it is we the people who are the final arbiters of justice and the law.  You may think you are Scott free here but you are also wrong about that as well.

We all know the truth about the usurper who is acting as dictator in the White House; you are included.  The difference from your perspective, as you have failed to honor your oath, you are committing treason.

You are now confronted with a serious choice, do what is required of you as a lawful representative of the people or we the people will make the choice for you.  As sovereign Americans it is our duty to rout each and everyone of you out.  And so we shall.
