I was pulled over for a traffic violation (Prohibited left turn) Not a Crime. No breach of peace. No impending danger. This means the cop committed a felony by using his Siren and lights for a non emergency situation. When your pull over it's a custodial arrest. But no crime committed.
My real question, Because I'm going to trial with this is they repeatly calling me an Operator. does anyone have info on court cases in Massachusetts on operator being a Vehicle for hire? And or Supreme court ruling. Thanks. Dan.
