Seeking parties to join our class action against the IRS in fed ct, no cost to you

Dear Political Scientists, Historians and Americans, and anyone who has paid any IRS taxes,

The IRS is a privately owned third party debt collection agency. It is incorporated in Delaware, and has not been in good standing since 1936 according to the Delaware State Secretary of State. The IRS operates out of Puerto Rico, and is not part of our federal government.

We are suing the IRS in a class action law suit,  and we seeking other like minded individuals who are interested in monetary damages, return of all the tax money that they have paid through coercion, fraud, and mistake, and 10 percent interest. There is no cost to join the class action law suit. We are also asking for the return of taxes collected from deceased relatives, with 10 percent interest since the time of payment.

We are in federal court in San Jose. We would like to get as many people as possible to join the law suit against the IRS for fraud, violation of civil rights, conspiracy to violate civil rights, racketeering mail fraud, racketeering wire fraud, racketeering robbery, and fraud.

The IRS commissioner, Steven T. Miller, on May 17, 2013 testified under oath in videotaped testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee that the IRS tax is voluntary. US Rep Xavier Becerra repeated it three times during the same hearing. Senator Harry Reid previously also said that the IRS tax is voluntary in a video that was taped and placed on youtube.

The US Attorney on the case has denied that the IRS tax is voluntary. Somebody is lying, either to the public or to the court.
