In order to hold our Congressional representatives we simply need to refuse to re-elect them. We can impeach our representatives every two years by voting the incumbents out of office.
The primary job of a state legislator is to prevent the abuse of power by the national government. Whenever Congress asks the states to enforece unconstitutional Federal Laws legislation, they must refuse to enforee that law.
If the legislatues of two-thirds of the states vote to declare a Federal Law is unconstitutional, that law shall be nullifeid.
